Easy to communicate with. They came up, setup everything, and the staff was very friendly. I wish I could give them 6 stars. We got our photos the next day to share with everyone. We loved them so much that I am rebooking them within the month. Thank you for everything and we had a blast.

We rented this photo booth for our event, and it was a huge hit! The setup was sleek and professional. The photo quality was excellent. The staff were friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It added so much energy and created great memories for everyone. Highly recommend for any event!

Would echo all of the 1 star reviews. I booked Pixel Perfect for my holiday party. They were over an hour late, then couldn't set up the photobooth. With less than an hour left of the party I said it wasn't worth the time of getting this set up and I would like a full refund. The contact was responsive on the day, but since I have not been able to get in touch to get the refund. Highly disappointing

We used this company in 2024 for our Christmas party and I felt like communication was lacking, however they showed up, were extremely accomodating and got our photos to us within 2 weeks following the event. We went ahead and booked them again this year for our companies holiday party and once again the person running the booth showed up and was extremely accomodating, however they did not come with the right paper to print on, not the end of the world. Where i am beyond frustrated, is like everyone else in the reviews, they are not responding to calls, emails or messages within their portal. I have left voicemails and still have not heard anything. We are on over a month since our party and have yet to receive any of the digital files. Extremely annoyed about this and would not recommend them to anyone.

I do not recommend Pixel Perfect Booths. After booking and signing a contract for my company holiday party, it was impossible to get in touch with their team by email or phone. I received an automated design questionnaire for the 360 booth I reserved, but never got a proof. I called repeatedly and no one answered - their voicemail was not set up. No one arrived on the day of the event. We will be pursuing a chargeback with our credit card company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars. I hired this company for our company holiday party on 12/11. Everything was fine leading up to and the day of the actual event. They came and set everything up, everyone loved the photobooth. However, since them thy have completely ghosted me and stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails. I was told I'd receive digital copies of all our photos. Here we are on 1/5 almost a month later and yet I still have not received anything! I have called, emailed, and texted repeatedly and have received zero response. Very upsetting and disappointing. We just want what we signed a contract and paid for. BEWARE!

Update: I was finally able to get a hold of someone and have our gallery sent to me via email, so I gave an additional star. Glad this was resolved, just be weary of my experience and other reviews.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, please do not waste your time. You will be scammed and will be ignored. Booked them recently for an event on December 19th they were no call no shows. Leading up the event I reached out multiple times via email and call, still ignored. Only was able to speak to one person in the beginning and they blamed their unprofessionalism on a family tragedy which I understood but then they proceeded to ignore me even after. Will be proceeding and filing complaints for fraud and scamming. I recommend Selfie Booth Co! They were amazing and the staff was amazing. They saved the day truly!

This has been the worse experience I have had with booking a service online. I booked my event Booking ID #184 for January 11th 2025, paid $600 for the event plus tax and they NEVER showed up. I called Monday after right away, they answered and the gentleman was going to look into to it and call me back and they would refund me. I have been calling them nonstop every other day and no answer. I am about to file a police report. These people are scammers do not book anything with them.

I see they respond to send them an email to fix the issue, well I did and the email address doesn’t exist. Do not use this service, they are not trustworthy at all.

I’ve only had good experiences with Pixel Perfect Booths. They have flexible scheduling, and have all kinds of themes depending on whatever event you have going on. Would definitely recommend if you’re setting up an event.

Residents loved the 360 photo booth we had for our resident holiday event. This was well worth the investment, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience they provided. The gentleman who arrived was helpful and friendly and the setup was more than we expected with a really cool inflatable wall and lighting. This was a great add on to our event and we would use them again in the future.

The literal booth itself was great - everyone loved it & enjoyed taking pictures- that's why 2 stars. should be 1 tbh.
However, the communication with them is horrible. And I seem to be one of the few who think so, per the other reviews.
This was for a Company Holiday Party..
I paid in FULL a month before & there was no contact until ONE DAY BEFORE event, even after multiple attempts spanning over weeks. They created my proof of design day of, 7 HRS before - which they say they will contact you 7 DAYS before event.
I was told the digital copies from the event would be sent 7 days after the event has taken place. It's been over a month & they refuse to answer calls, texts, emails.
Feeling ripped off.

I booked Pixel Perfect Booths for my wedding and their initial communication was great. I had some questions at the beginning, and they were very fast and efficient with responding to me. I then booked them and paid the entire deposit. From that point forward, I essentially never heard from them again. A few weeks before the event I tried reaching out to secure details about backdrop color, template wording, props, etc., via email, via their portal, via phone call and voicemail and heard nothing. Finally a week n a half before the wedding, they answer my phone call and say they'll be in touch 1 week prior to the event. One week comes and goes. I call them every single day leading up to the wedding and finally THE DAY BEFORE I text them saying I will just cancel and request a refund since I haven't heard from them. This finally gets their attention and they text me back immediately. They had me choosing and editing my template for the photo booth prints just HOURS before the wedding started. Not only was this stressful, but also just so unprofessional and could've easily been avoided.

The employee who came to the wedding to set up and run the photo booth was very sweet and kind.

Overall, I would not book pixel perfect booths again solely due to the horrendous communication and lack of professionalism.

We hired Pixel Perfect’s 360 photo booth for our outdoor wedding. From the initial contact, I knew we were in good hands with Omar. He answered my many questions throughout the process. And, he confirmed the service the week before. The booth attendants were at the venue early to set up. They brought great props, and a background. And, they did an amazing job making sure everybody knew what to do and got a chance to use it! Most of our guests had never seen a 360 photo booth before, and they LOVED it! Everyone got a copy of their video and we got copies of all of them! It’s such a great memory. Thank you, Pixel Perfect, you made our event very special!

Very professional and great communication. Amazing experience from start to finish. I was looking for a Photo Booth on short notice. Only had two weeks to book a booth for a surprise party. I spoke with someone at Pixel Perfect Booths. They gave me all the information I needed. They worked with my time line and it was perfect. Both back drops, lighting, photo background. I highly recommend Pixel Perfect Booths!!! I’m a very satisfied customer, they did our renewal/wedding and they did an excellent job. From the booking to the finished photos. On a scale of 1-5 I’d give them a 10 ☺️. I’ll definitely use their services
