What a wonderful experience and even better team!! We've been dealing with a wet basement for so long, and picking away at different things to resolve it. We had heard amazing things about Kyle's team and were so happy we went with them! We had a visit for quote first which made things crystal clear on the process and what to expect. The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work thay needed to be done for the size of our space. Our basement is now fully waterproof and ready for the next step of our renovation project. The team was extremely friendly and easy to chat with, very punctual, clean and tidy, and were so thankful for them! Cannot say enough great things, thank you so much guys!!

Kyle and his team have been very accommodating and worked with us on solutions for multiple issues encountered with our first home. The team was knowledgeable and had great attention to detail getting work done in a timely and professional manner. We will continue to use them for jobs in the future.

Wonderful experience with Kyle's. I had a large crack in my foundation that had been poorly repaired previously. 2 well-known companies came to do quotes. The first came in, said "it's bad, we'll send a quote" and left. Kyle's came in, explained everything about what it looked like had been done before, what they would do, and why. They sent a quote quickly. While their quote was slightly higher than the other company, Kyle's said they would honour the warranty on their work, while the other company said no warranty on their work because the crack had been previously repaired. Kyle's repair was done well, the worker explained everything to me. I appreciate that, especially as a woman, Kyle's never spoke down to me or acted like I didn't know what was going on. I would definitely recommend!

When I started asking around Pictou County who would be a good referral for helping with dampness in my basement, everyone said Kyle’s Basement Waterproofing. When I contacted Kyle he was quick to respond and offered me a much better option than I even imagined at an incredible price.

The turnaround time to getting it started was very quick and it only took them 3 days to completely transform my wet, musty basement with a French Drain to a pump system that even looks fantastic!

The team mainly led by Chris were professional, courteous, worked so hard and clearly knew what they were doing! I couldn’t believe the thousands of pounds the men carried between cement out, gravel and cement brought in and every one of them worked diligently. At times, they went above and beyond.

I will not only use Kyle’s again, but I will highly recommend them for your basement waterproofing!

The pics are before and after. What looks like dampness in the after is just the cement drying.

Thanks to all the staff who worked here and help give this old home some much needed love!

Excellent service from Kyle. He showed up when he said he would and sent me a quote the same day. His quote was very reasonable. His team installed a drain along the side of our home and a large window well. His team worked extremely hard and efficiently. I have to say the window well and land grading job Charles and his crew did FAR exceeded my expectations. It looked way better than I imagined. Charles (foreman) is an excellent problem solver and great at coming up with smart solutions. Brooke in the office was great at communication and scheduling. Very friendly and pro.
I HIGHLY recommend Kyle’s Basement Waterproofing. 11//10! Thanks for doing a great job!
