Had my daughters birthday there. First of all some of the staff, not professional at all. They were all at the cash register just talking. I had to go up like 6 times to get questions answered or ask for supplies! Second of all, it’s our first time there, there was no guidance from the staff. The team member who was in charge of the laser tag just stood there and watched 7 year olds decide how to wear the gear where to go, and how to play. He was mad at us for trying to figure out what to do. At the end, we were rushing to clean out the room, and my husband popped some confetti balloons to clean out the space faster (which we had no idea weren’t allowed). One female staff came in screaming, literally scream whining, that we shouldn’t do that and that it says it in the fine print on the website that confetti balloons aren’t allowed. It was so embarrassing in front of people to see and interact with that behaviour, super unprofessional. We ended bringing our own vacuum from the car to vacuum the confetti from the balloons.

We just went for a birthday party. We played laser tag and Glo Golf. Im not sure on pricing but it does seem better than Big Time Entertainment. However the venue is much much smaller in all aspects, laser tag, golf and the birthday room. It was fun and they have some fun arcades as well. If you are looking for a large area with a lot more options for activities, this is not the place. If you have a small gathering, then Zap Zone might work for you.

Not normally the type to leave reviews at places, however, this Sunday morning we had such a wonderful experience at zapzone we felt the need to share!

Not only was the arcade and the bathrooms, really really clean for a public space, But the stuff was very lovely and efficient! Any issue or inquiry we had they fixed immediately. From something as small as the pop machine not accepting our money to the games taking out credits and giving them back to us with no issues! Staff shows a humorous but professional attitude making it feel like a warm, welcoming space. Very easy to talk to!

In my opinion whoever has anything negative to say about this place must just be a negative person who doesn't enjoy fun as our time here was extremely pleasant. Safe to say we will be back 🎮🎉

I've been coming here for many years and it's always a wonderful time!

I like the ever-growing changes, exemplified by the recent movement of the arcade games; the management shows care and responds to what people want.

The staff is always nice and has helped me a plethora of times when a machine had an issue refunding the credits asap

Nice spot!

I don’t like how I spent almost $300 to get in, and I couldn’t get any water that’s sad. They told me they don’t give out pitchers of water unless you have a party. Then one of the managers told me to go to the prize station and they will give us some. Go over there and the lady said we don’t give out water. So you telling me, I spend almost $300 buy a pizza for $20 and we can’t get anything to drink. Smh sad this will be my last time here. I wish I could give them no stars cause they don’t deserve it ripping people off.

We hosted a birthday party sometime ago at Zap Zone Windsor, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

When we arrived, there was only one person at the front desk, and despite several families waiting, we were left standing for a long time before anyone acknowledged or assisted us. The entire check‑in process felt disorganized and chaotic. Every time we had a question, we had to wait again because there was no dedicated staff member assigned to our party.

We were given our party room only five minutes before our scheduled time, which made it stressful to set up and welcome guests. After the first game, the kids were hungry, but the pizza provided was undercooked and not edible. Even the children, who normally love pizza, refused to eat it. This was embarrassing in front of the other parents, and several guests commented on how poor the quality was.

We also found it unreasonable that drink pitchers could not be refilled without an extra charge. When I requested additional water for the kids, it took nearly 50 minutes to arrive — long after the children had already left the room to continue playing.

Unlike other party venues, Zap Zone did not provide a staff member to stay with us or help manage the party. We had to repeatedly go back and forth to the front desk for basic items like plates and cups, even though these were supposed to be included.

Overall, the service was extremely poor, the food quality was unacceptable, and the lack of organization caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others. It was a disappointing use of time and money, and far below the standard we expected for a children’s birthday party.

I used to love this location back in the day, and the staff is still great. Although the location definitely needs some well deserved attention, during my last visit a slight bump in the glo-golf resulted in a pole crashing down. Certainly has it’s hazards, yet it’s still nostalgic.

We had a great time at Zap Zone! The kids absolutely loved it and stayed excited the whole time. There were lots of fun activities to keep them engaged, and the atmosphere was energetic and family-friendly. Definitely a hit with the kids!

My family and I used to come here more frequently but haven't in a while because it feels like every time we go more games are down. This last visit on March break sealed the deal though. We got 2 extreme passes and a $30 game card, which came out to 146.90 for my wife, daughter (5) and myself. I don't mind paying these prices if the facility matches the prices but unfortunately it did not. Our first round of laser tag went OK but my wife's gun kept going down but by the time we'd go to get it switched it would be working again, making it frustrating to get points. We also did mini golf and the course is so run down with lumps on the floor and no air on the bumps making our balls go in weird directions. But the worst part was definitely the arcade, every second game was down, we used to play the Avengers card pusher and both of those were down. It felt like pulling teeth out to find a game we enjoyed that wasn't off or not working. We ended up leaving with 2 unused attractions and a decent amount of credits for the arcade because we really just weren't having fun. The staff were hit or miss, to be expected in a buisness like this. Sucks when you spend a decent amount of money and it feels like a scam. We went to Colosanti's a couple days later and had a fantastic time for a fraction of the cost. I hope management fixes this place up because my family won't be returning till it's in better condition.

My son and I were looking forward to spending time together at this establishment. We used to frequently go there and save up to tickets etc. Tonight I realized how downhill it has gone. We bought the largest package for arcade credits only to find out more than 14 games were out of service. No refunds allowed.

Nothing could be done, no one could fix them either. We were pretty disappointed and I will not be headed back there anytime soon.

I suggest going to Big Time instead.

The only reason this place stays in business is because there's not much else to do in Windsor. For 3 months now I have come in and filled up my card only to find out that 40% of the machines are not working. When I approach the desk at the end of the day and say you should put a sign up that says the amount of machines that are and are not working, if this is going to be the case I get nothing but attitude, eye rolls dirty looks and smart-ass remarks. I am a single mother. I come in here and it's not cheap. Of course the machine to load your cards is right at the front. I have no idea that half the machines or more are not working so by the time I've loaded my card there's not much I can do about it. Today for example I brought my daughter on March break and it was fairly empty which was nice for me. I swear every other machine we walked up to was out of order. I did not say a word. I walked up to the counter at the end when we were looking at the "prizes"and suggested that they put a sign up at the front that tells people that a majority or even a portion of the machines were out of order so that people perhaps didn't load their cards fully because you cannot play all of the games. I got attitude, eye rolls and an excuse that tariffs were going to cause a problem with fixing the machines and getting parts. I came here 3 weeks to one month ago and it was the same issue and they told me it wouldn't be an issue the next time I came and there was no tariff problem at all at that time. Not to mention the tariffs have not been put in place yet so why are you blaming them for the fact that you are not fixing your machines. When I told my daughter privately that we were going to start going to big time instead the girl at the counter had a smart-ass look on her face and said well that's fine because they own us anyway so the company still makes money. As if I care who I give my money to. What I care about is that when I give you my money I have the ability to use the games in which I paid you for. I asked her to suggest to management that they give some indication to people that a good portion of the machines aren't working (I mean who does a walk through of an arcade before buying tickets) and she said we'll try. I get that it's not her fault but have some compassion and kindness instead of looking at the other girl at the counter and making comments under your breath. Honestly if you can find something else to do I suggest you do it.
A message to the company ... If you are telling your employees to blame Tariffs for your broken machines you should tell them to wait until the tariffs have come into play to use them as an excuse.

The place was well kept but half the arcade games were not working at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The Lazer tag maze was amazing and large ! I recommend the Lazer tag or glow golf for sure. My kids were sad to find out the bumper cars were gone.

We were just here this week. Shocking to see half of the games were roped off or closed and not available for use. Very disappointed and don't plan on returning to waste 50 bucks on the same old machines in there. Staff seem out of it. The games are impossible to win a toy as they are so rigged up. Don't waste your money in this ancient run place.

Been here several times, experience is great. Both Big time and Zap Zone have there pros. Big time is awesome for there karts while Zap Zone is best for laser tag. Bringing my son here next weekend for his Bday party. Highly recommend Zap Zone or Big Time for a night out with the fam.

Had 2 birthday partys here so far. The host was wonderfully helpful. The pizza was pretty good. The kids had a great time doing laser tag and glo golf. Only downside is the expense of the arcade. The games cost so many credits the kids were pretty disappointed even after I had bought some extra credits for them. Overall great place to have a party and the staff are awesome!

This place genuinely sucks. Half of the games DO NOT WORK and the other half are just not good. It's the same price to go to Big Time so just go there instead or just stay home and do anything else with your money. For the same price as playing a few mid games you could buy Persona 4 and play for hours or somthing. Also the prizes are uphorent and literally from the dollar store. Overall the place is the opposite of fun and should be avoided at most costs.

Very nice place, not so wide but have many hot popular arcade machines. All credits and ticket balance check out by digital, easy to swipe and play, just remember double check after you swipe your card and what arcade machine reflection, we met 3 times somebody swiped but not play on it, thought maybe that machine is broken because nothing happened, and actually that machine just waiting for you quietly. Parking spaces enough for 30 vehicles nearly. And you can play mini golf or have a party here. Lovely place.

Good local arcade, not particularly cheap but the kids seem to like it. A lot of games seem to work on and off everytime I go. Glow golf was okay, not.mich to write about. Wish it had more games for younger kids. This arcade could be much better, but I don't think the demand is there for the upgrades I wish to see. They also have a ball shooter area which I haven't tried yet, seems to be catered to older kids.

I previously rated Zap Zone 4 stars. We've gone a couple of times with the kids to play glow golf and although the course could use a bit of matinence we usually have a great time.

Our visit wasn't as great this time. There was a party going on and halfway through our game 8 -10 children came in and started running around the course. They were jumping across the holes when we were trying to shoot and jumping around throwing balls and clubs, yelling, screaming and taking up almost all the holes. There were adults with them and they just let them go. They ended up upsetting our children so much that there were tears and we almost had to leave halfway through our game. When we finished the game the same group was running around the arcade and actually knocked our kids over while trying to play a game.

While I understand that Zap Zone isn't directly responsible for this there was no attempt by the 4 or 5 employees working to calm the chaos or let the parents know that other paying customers are using the course and it's not for running around playing tag. The crowd of employees behind the counter should've been more aware of the situation and handled it. It was the complete opposite experience that we had last time and that's quite disappointing considering there are cameras and they could've intervened.

The kids love the glow golf. They love the lights and running to see what's waiting around the corner at the next hole. Hopefully our next experience is better.

Spent New years eve at zapzone this year, couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff was amazing, super helpful, polite and friendly. The pizza was delicious. All of the games were enjoyable and considering how many people ended up coming for this event, I think it turned out better than expected!!!! 10/10 Definitely a night to remember.
