We recently had our roof replaced and had a really great experience with Dan and his crew. From our first conversation, Dan was awesome. Super approachable, and clearly knowledgable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything in a way that made the process super easy.

His quote was by far the best value we received. Altogether we got a new roof, quality shingles, facia, eaves, downspouts, flashing and more. The whole roof was completed in a single day, and the finished product looks awesome.

Dan was incredibly responsive, easy to get ahold of. Throughout the whole process I was really impressed by how quick and easy it was to work with everyone at Ace1.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Dan and his crew did a great job on my roof and soffit, eaves and fascia. There were a few hiccups along the way which were corrected in the end so I am giving a 5 star.
Dan is very passionate about keeping his customers happy and satisfied with the completed work. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. He is a hands on guy who makes sure the job is done to your satisfaction.
The crew were all very nice and polite too.
The roof looks amazing as does the soffit, eaves and fascia. Total transformation. The before and after is incredible.

I recently had Ace 1 Quality Roofing, Siding & Eavestroughs install a full new roof on my home in St. Anns (Niagara Region) using Malarkey shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first call, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough.

I had interviewed multiple companies for both metal and shingle roofs. I wanted a reputable company with proper credentials and certifications to ensure full warranty coverage on the products. Some of the shingles I was originally considering were GAF, CertainTeed, & Landmark pro we were thinking of the Landmark Pro (Class 3 rating) and wanted a company that could offer the extended warranties that come with it.

Out of all the quotes we received, Ace 1 Quality Roofing, Siding & Eavestroughs was the only company that introduced us to Malarkey. Dan and his team were the first to recommend it. As someone who likes to do their own research, I quickly discovered the benefits of the Malarkey Vista AR Class 4 shingle that Dan had brought to our attention.
