If you want your prescriptions delivered accurately, and you dont want the pharmacy employee to forget your order, make sure that you speak with any staff member EXCEPT LORRAINE. This lady has screwed up the majority of our prescriptions that she has handled. Whats the sense of offering free delivery if your staff forgets to process the order? Very dangerous, especially for the elderly or those who need their prescriptions right away. Call back to verify twice to be sure your order is actually done.
