To whom it may concern with regards to the pharmacists and customer service at Pharma Plus in Alliston.

I've been with this pharmacy for many years for pain meds after a terrible car accident.
The service has been unacceptable for many reasons including charges to refill my scripts, this is supposed to keep me from running out and only consists of sending a fax to the doctors office. They continuously forget to do this and on occasions when this has happened they are by law supposed to give you a small amount of medication until your script can be refilled... They did do this once but have refused to do so since causing hospitalization, along with avoidable suffering.

They have been very rude with no compassion which I feel is a huge concern, especially since they are dealing with people in extreme pain.
I have only had one good experience and that is with the delivery service, the driver is very sweet and always in a good humour :) He is the only reason I've continued to deal with them, however after being hung up on and treated very poorly I can no longer give them my business.

I hope this information can help others to avoid dealing with any of the unnecessary disrespect and pain,
For those of us that depend on having our medication know that it's not a game and it's certainly unprofessional and unexceptable to be unable to get your medication due to errors made by the staff.
Ricky the manager has rufused to give me any information with regards to contacting upper management, making it impossible to try to get these issues sorted out.
Also Terri has made it very difficult to contact or get information in general as she has on several occasions hung up or just refused to help find a solution to which ever mistake has been made.


Regretfully a former and extremely unsatisfied customer.
My goal is to make people aware so that maybe the customer service will be taken more seriously and receive the care they deserve :)
