I had a very disappointing experience with Jenna. My card was temporarily locked, which caused the transaction to be declined. Instead of handling the situation quietly and professionally, she announced it loudly enough that other customers turned around to see what was happening. It was incredibly embarrassing and could have been handled with much more discretion and kindness. I understand that payment issues happen, but there is no reason to draw unnecessary attention to a customer in an already uncomfortable situation. I hope management reminds staff to treat customers with respect and maintain their privacy.

I'm not happy with the cashier adding a quarter to every item i purchased. Even though the product was labeled 1.25, when brought to her attention, she says actually its suppose to be 1.75. Very disgusted, but other than this visit, it's a pretty good selection of random cheap items.

I always enjoy shopping here before my doctor appts cause always better selections, but cant handle customers smoking marijuana in the entry plus the guy cashier standing out there with them n holding doors open so smell carry into hole store n affects other families with small children. Which again caused the store to loose customers n myself stop shopping there. Figured I give it another try since July but nope only worse since its colder outside and not right cause not allowed to smoke regular cigarettes in entry of any stores either.

The manager is not professional at all. She was being rude to many customers, walking in and out of the store lighting cigarettes and pacing around. Was a very uncomfortable situation.

I really enjoy the Dilworth Dollar Tree. Even though it is a bit smaller than many other dollar tree stores, it is generally clean, organized and well stocked. The staff is is pleasant and willing to help. It is amazing to me that there is a store still able to sell quality products for such discount prices. The only thing missing at this dollar tree is the frozen/refrigerated section.
