Manager refused to let me deposit funds into my bank account through my online banking app which say I can use it at dollar tree. Avoid this dollar tree if you are trying to deposit or any store missy is working at.

The person at the register was extremely rude. She provided very poor customer service and had a bad attitude. She is a woman with curly black hair

Always nice staff and prices are great (other than the $5 stuff that really should be cheaper)…. And, why do they always have so many balloons made? Doesn’t seem to make such business sense when they will deflate and they don’t sell many per staff. But, whatever we love to go and find something

My family visited this location on April 12th 2025. We was getting all of our items and my kid's was looking at the toys and them begin kid's was picking them up and the the assistant manager Kyle came over the intercom and he say please don't let the kid's play with the toys. Kyle also said when kids pick up the toys we have to make sure we put them back. And while i was at the register checking out a little girl was looking at the balloons and the cashier Jo said leave the balloons alone. This store made me feel like we was begin watched and wasn't allowed to pick up anything.

Update:
Down grade to a “3-Star”. Just not where it should be after 2-Months of onboarding a new manager. It looks to be a slow work in progress but just not enough product making it to the floor. Shelf’s are looking emptying faster than the product is being restocked. Availability of merchandise is priority to serving the customer.
Previous Review:
“4-Star” upgrade. Floors have been professionally cleaned and stock on shelves is making a come back. Easter flew out faster than it came in. Sales are above expectations and all staff are working hard to bring product availability to new and old customers. New photos coming soon. Management is really putting an effort in to making it a great customer experience and adding to the “Hunt” where customers can expect new products to come out every week.
Pictures posted of full merchandise is the are the most recent. Previous photos of an empty store are to show the progress the team has made to make it great again.
Couple of negatives…
- Bathrooms aren’t maintained to a proper service to customers but somewhat clean
- Product doesn’t seem to come out fast enough for customers to expect it to be there on the next run. They truly try to do what they can though.
- Doesn’t look like there’s an enough staff to put out product when having to achieve a customer first mentality with fast checkouts.
- Customers don’t put product back where it goes, making it difficult to have sales reach max potential with available product.
- signage and organization seems to partially lack in certain areas
- location of product should be reachable to customers and visually show
- Shelves are not as clean as they could be
Previous review….
I’ve not taken photos yet but I’ve upgraded this review to a 3 star because the store has gotten so much better under new management. It looks like the employees are really working hard to get the store back to standard. I’m impressed that it’s only taken a few weeks to make it look like product is readily available.

This is a shame. They have a stock room full of merchandise and nothing on the sales floor. As people the staff are great but as far as having the work ethics, drive, and pride in your organization, they have none. The staff do the very bare minimum during their shifts. They are always caught outside smoking and joking including their senior assistant manager. Although they don’t have an actual manager and are waiting for a replacement, I feel sorry for that individual. I’m certain with the right people this store would thrive in the area where it’s located. Dollar Tree is a partial blame for this due to them not offering higher pay to their employees. As a fortune 200, you would think that they had kept up with COLA (Cost Of Living Allowance) for the area. Like Walmart, Dollar Tree is meant to offer a lower cost of merchandise and a customer focused environment but for this store, there is obviously a lack in both. I really hope the upper management fixes this soon.
