I love this store always have but let's not really Dollar Tree anymore. There's nothing in the store that's a dollar, $3 and up

I just visited your store in Columbus Ga in near proximity to Walmart on Victory Dr. The store, inside and out is very, very dirty.
It is similar on the inside as well, I have never seen any of your stores like this. Trash all in front of the store and parking lot. This is not a good look for your stores.

So I guess the store just closes and locks their doors 5-10 minutes early and when staff sees you at the store during operational hours they just point to their wrist and continue walking by the door. Hopefully management sees this and reiterates that the store doesn't close when the staff feels like closing. You never know if someone is a secret shopper or someone from corporate but I guess the staff doesn't really care.

Me and my family were so impressed with the cleanliness and the organization of the store! I would recommend anyone to that store and I don’t usually say that about dollar tree stores. We found everything we needed and wanted from that store. Keep up the good work and will definitely visit that dollar store more often!
