Really rude manager. Unserstocked and dirty place. I asked when they will be restocking the shelves for instant coffee, I been checking here for 2weeks straight. She had the audacity to yell at me in front of customers. Then when I was leaving unwitnessed her yelling at a homeless person I have helped before. She is a dark skinned lady, and very rude. 💯 Stay away from her fam.

We just went to go pick up a couple things and the customer service. There is actually really good and I'm impressed! This is the one in Lacey by Fred Meyer.

I have shopped at this Dollar Tree location on several occasions, and each time I’ve had a disappointing experience with the manager, Danielle. She is consistently rude to customers and is the only employee I ever see without a name tag.

Today was no different. While shopping, I noticed a customer asking her for help finding pens. She was stocking items and looked visibly bothered by his request. She then sent him to the wrong aisle, and I ended up helping him find the correct location myself.

The front of this store is always dirty, and today was no exception. On multiple visits, including today, I have seen Danielle outside vaping less than 25 feet from the store’s entrance. This is unprofessional and unwelcoming for customers.

In my opinion, Danielle is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered, and her attitude and behavior make the shopping experience unpleasant.

This South Sound Dollar Tree is never kept clean. It is so poorly managed it reminds me of Mexico places with dirt floors. Today, not a shopping cart in site, and very few people had them in in store. Hello corporate ! Do something!!

Staff and selection are great! Gets crowded and lines get long, so shop off-peak if you can. Got some great glassware here!
