Just drove from calhoun and made it here by 9:47 2 women at the door with it open they said they were waiting for someone to tell them y they were closed 15mins early the worker said she was allowed to lock the door 15mins early and then I get half way to my car and I turn around and they let the 2 women in and tell me they are closed and I cant come in. I literally just wanted a flower pot and some seeds. In and out.

Dollar tree needs to do better… There was only two workers there and when I tell you this lady working the register needs a raise she had a LONG line and was the only one on the register for a good thirty-ish minutes while the other person sat in the office, and she had a long line the whole time i was there and she kept a smile on her face and done her job even as stressful as it was. Needs new management or owner whatever the case is..

I also had a incident a few months ago too where a elderly lady fell down over the boxes all over the place and I tried to catch her from falling and fell down with her and ended up with a huge bruise on my leg and wrist and not a single worker asked if we was ok after they seen it happen and they could have cared less. The poor lady was scared to say anything cause she knocked a few things off the shelf (didn’t break anything) and was embarrassed. But they definitely need more workers and to clean and stock their building better.

Usually this store is great but today was not it. The workers running the register leave the customer without a word and go to the front office. The cashier had an elderly lady put all of her items back into her buggy after unloading them and she had to go to another register. She left for the office without a word after I put my items up to check out and never came back.

This Dollar Tree location offers one of the largest variety of $1.25 items I’ve seen. The store layout is impressively orderly and clean, making shopping a breeze. What truly sets them apart is their excellent customer service—staff are always eager to assist. A delightful shopping experience that delivers great value!

Yes!!!! My favorite chips "right now" were at this location. I can't seem to find them at the Dollar Tree 183 Hwy, Irving, TX. Also, it's hard finding the M&M's with the 6 pieces these days.
The staff here was very friendly.
Oh, I don't own the rights to these pictures.
