So,tonight I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter that my ex-husband chose to fill at Silvercreek Shoppers. I was loath to go - I haven`t gone to Shoppers for a long time ... I went but knew what awaited me - long line ups at the pharmacy, an under-staffed counter and usually not friendly service. It was about 5pm and there was 1 person directly dealing with customers, with several behind the counter I could only assume were preparing prescriptions. The Pharmacist was talking to 1 person about their prescription off the side. The associate didn't inspire confidence, he had that deer in the head light look and no-one behind the counter bothered to stop to help at the counter - the line up including me was at least 6-7 people deep. I lost patience and walked away... with the same unsatisfactory experience I have had over the last several years. This is exactly why I went over to my local Rexall. Rexall always delivers fast and friendly customer service - good luck Shoppers - given all happening in the pharmaceutical industry - you will need it. Or maybe instead of Rexall, go to the mom and pop private pharmacies - you know they appreciate all their business and the show it! Our time is precious - we deserve quick, intelligent and friendly service - don`t settle for less.
