The male pharmacist at this location (with glasses and facial hair) is always rude and not polite. I understand the location is inside a mall where there are a lot of teenagers present which can annoy all mall staff. But as a mall employee myself who is not a teenager I use this location out of convenience during my work days. And the pharmacist is always unwilling to help and rude. If I ask for advice he is annoyed and just fluffs off my questions like I should already know the answers and makes me feel stupid for asking. I avoid this location at all costs lately when he began to question one of my prescriptions that I've even getting for years. And it's not that there's questioning by him in a concerning way it's more as an up righteous and he knows better. But even if he did there are different ways to approach situations and his is always rude and cold. A couple weeks ago I received a new prescription for a sinus infection and took it to the shoppers on walker near Ottawa street in the market square as it was close to the office and to my digust he was working there too! I can't get away from this guy. And again be started questioning my prescription, he said usually the antibiotic is in a higher frequency but I couldn't take that much in my system due to other medical conditions with my body and that's why my doctor prescribed it as so. This guy needs to take some happy pills and get out whatever funk he's be the last few years. I will make sure to avoid him at all costs. And the location being a canada post office the individual working the counter is always nowhere to be found. And are never friendly. I think it has something to do with being in the mall setting but that's no excuse. I still have to be friendly to all who come in my store.

On the contrary the pharmacist across the street in the roundhouse location is always nice and the staff are always pleasant ! Always willing to help and give suggestions and you can tell they enjoy their jobs!
