I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Blue Dot Air Conditioning & Heating for going above and beyond when I was in a very frustrating situation.

I had been dealing with my home warranty company for three weeks with no resolution on my AC repair. After getting nowhere and feeling like the warranty company was not working in my best interest, I reached out to this local company and explained what I had been dealing with.

Juan G, the owner personally came out the very same day to assess the situation. He took the time to listen, gave me his honest professional opinion and advice, and, most importantly, treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. He made a temporary repair that provided much-needed relief while I continue trying to resolve the larger repair—something that means a lot when you’re dealing with 100-degree temperatures.

He also provided me with three different repair recommendations and quotes so I could understand my options and make an informed decision. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and a willingness to help.

After three weeks of frustration with my home warranty company, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cared about helping a customer rather than simply making a sale.

I have had my Daikin 14 SEER A/C unit for about 6 months and can be more happy with it and the noise I really can’t tell if it’s ON. The people from Blue Dot from Juan on down have been great. Highly impressed with their work ethics. The unit has kept my house cool and I have really noticed that my electric bill has gone down more then 100 a month. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievably great service- I called at 6pm when my AC went out- they sent Basilio "Bas" Martinez within the hour. Super honest and great guy! He informed me that I used the wrong filter and it was causing the motor to struggle too much. He also looked at my other unit that was acting up because he had time. Well hot dog! He got that thing running like a kitty within an hour! Told me that I shouldn’t have any issues with it anymore

Juan and his crew did everything they could to keep my old system running. Repairing it properly did not make financial sense. They installed a new more energy efficient system. They were quick with the install and were very professional. Blue Dot HVAC had several financing offers which made it even easier for to make this decision. Our downstairs air conditioning unit stopped working on a Friday evening, so we called Blue Dot Air Conditioning and left a message. Within an hour, they contacted us and scheduled a technician for the next morning. Brent arrived within the promised time window, was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with our unit. We were having AC problems maintaining low air conditioning temperatures. We suspected a problem with our condensation vent pump. Blue Dot showed up the next day after my call and confirmed our pump had failed. They installed a new pump and could have just left the repair job there. However, the Blue Dot repair tech was not satisfied with some of his test results and he and a few other techs all worked to pursue why the performance was not as expected. I worked with the technicians to monitor our AC system overnight. As it turned out, there was a kink in the transition section of the vent pipe from copper to PVC. One of the dedicated techs had to crawl halfway across my house attic to find the real cause of the problem. They even worked on Saturday to resolve the issue and restore our AC to perfect operation. Thank you Blue Dot for your excellent work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this HVAC company!!

They were very kind and helpful HVAC techs. We had them clean our dryer vents out. They spent over an hour snaking every clog until it was spotless! They cleaned out behind the dryer, vents from the attic, and from ladders outside the house. I was very impressed with how thorough they were and their price was great. We'll definitely get the money back with more efficient drying.

I first called for an estimate. Excellent customer service and Juan and Kristen really know what they are talking about. Made me feel secure and educated on what all needs to be done.
F/U to today: So even though I have a home warranty, I still chose Blue Dot to replace my AC indoor and outdoor. They were a little higher than my warranty estimate (because warranty gives a discounted rate but quality is suspect) and it’s quality I look for and response plus customer service. The installers (Greg and his assistant Ralphie) were professional, efficient and clean! The AC works great and I’m really very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Shout out to Norma who answers the phone and has to listen to my stories. Ralph and Zane came later to help me with my thermostat and super nice and professional. But overall every person I was in contact with were wonderful. Thank you Juan!

My neighbor, who is a retired veteran, needed help when his A/C quit working. I assisted him in obtaining quotes from a few companies. Of those few companies, Blue Dot Air Conditioning & Heating was the only company that performed a full diagnosis at no charge to the retired veteran.

Had an excellent experience with Brent and Danny. Service was performed just as expected. They were able to clean dryer vent and the exposed louver on the roof. They shared the before and after video of the view inside the dryer vent. Returned dryer to original state and left no mess or sign of work being performed. I recommend using Blue Dot if you need your dryer vent cleaned.
