I posted up giving away free AirPods for a government assisted program at this location. Both managers come out and some associates. The tall black manager was a gentleman. The short white girl manager with red hair coming to work in pajamas cussed me out threatened to push my table and items to the ground, cussing and saying the most awful things about me. When all I was doing was waiting for my ride to pick me up to take me to a new location. As I waited she called the cops. As I finish stating the encounter to the officer, I kid you not my ride finally pulled up. As I pack my table, chair, and AirPods into the car I say to the workers and both managers “Mashallah” and with all honestly the female white manager in pajamas said “I hope you get in a accident” if there are outside cameras with volume/sound I hope corporate listens and watches.

Not the most super updated of stores, but they had everything I needed, including a $5 tiny collapsible cooler, lotion that is the exact size I need to bring on an airplane, and sunblock. Well, the sunblock didn't spray, but that's hardly their fault!

The employees were cute and helping each other. When the person in front of us's transaction was taking ages, they pulled her to a different register and helped us. It's just always nice to see people working together, being kind, and caring.

We were there 7/11 in the evening, if management sees this and would like to pass on the compliment to their employees! Thanks, y'all!

Often out of products, (particularly those that are advertised on sale or discounted, digital coupons) even when the sale just started. More often than not, the aisles are crammed with boxes of unstocked products, that employees aren't inclined to stock or search for anything you need, if it isn't on the shelf already... Apparently, if it isn't stocked, it's not able to be scanned at the POS to ring and/or sell. These things are usually laundry and cleaning products. I wish I knew why they never stock or put away the items piled up in unopened boxes in the aisles. Not only does it drive customers away, because they are "out of" pretty much everything, but it looks dirty, sloppy, unorganized and it's cramped and difficult to get through the aisles. It's nearly impossible to save money,at a store that's supposed to be more affordable, when I waste time searching for things that aren't there/stocked and ultimately end up having to drive to a store further away. On those occasions, I don't patronize another Family Dollar, because it's generally the same situation. I just go to Target... Which I regret not doing to begin with.
On the bright side, the employees (cashiers) are all generally polite, friendly and laugh at my corny jokes... I do like them! 🙂 And the store is within walking distance of my house!

I was amazed at how many more items they had compared to the old Family Dollar I frequented in Buffalo until it closed due to theft. This place was amazing with a very wide variety of common household items you don't realize you need but especially when you've just moved everything looks good lol - The staff was incredible patient and helpful with all I needed to attend to. A+ to the guy working 1/22/25 around 330i believe.

Walked to family dollar for basic toiletries and the door is locked and no one inside. Stood outside for 15 minutes and no one is here! If I could give no stars I would. There is a sign saying open, but the lights are off with no one in sight. Great business model 👍
