This location used to be borderline reasonable, but it keeps getting worse. If you value your time or sanity, shop anywhere else! The store is a wreck, shelves are empty while carts of product sits in the isles. The one employee I saw was blaring a Bluetooth speaker that she had to turn off to vaguely answer my question about merchandise location. I just won't bother in the future.

I loved this store when my fav employee was there. Now you can kill your self so much stuff on the floor and not on the shelf. And closeing early. 7p m or just not open

Asked an employee Dontay if you carried carpet cleaner and his response was “I don’t know”. How is this an acceptable response to a customer inquiry? Especially from management? What exactly is his purpose for even being there? You may as well just have a self checkout system and a security guard with such poor customer service.

The website says the store opens at 9 am and while I waited until 9:30 am, I saw several employees enter the store from a different door (some with their young children).
At 9:00 am what I believe to be the store manager went into the auto zone next to the store, came out ten minutes later and walked behind the building.
They're lucky to get 1 star.
