So today I stopped by this Family dollar to picked up a few things and a woman with a name tag Dani, rang everything up, then I realized I'm supposed to grab these things at Dollar General...Honest mistake right? So I say to her can I return everything, she says really quick NO, and I kinda said under my breath, I know that I can, she got very aggressive and said "what did you say and did you say? I was shocked!!! She even said that she wasn't going to wait on me because I was yelling at her, I asked to speak with a manager and she said she wasn't the manager,,,,I plan on calling the corporate office, but this was pretty sad that this business has to hire someone like her, the last manager, a guy was very nice, helpful and always stocking when ever I shop there!!! I will definitely go by soon after I reach out to corporate to see if her attitude has changed!!!

It's usually an okay place to shop but the large carts of products with new stock items that line the aisles until someone can stock them are annoying and could cause harm to your customers. The fact that the company expects employees to leave the register area and go over 5 or 6 aisle and unload carts & restock is not well thought out in my opinion because when needed they drop everything to run back up to register so jobs are half done, the carts block the products you want to sell and they don't just have one cart waiting to be emptied and then go get another, they're are several on each row. Hard to get past and awkward. Plus the cashier is not at the front to greet customers, to answer questions or to help prevent theft which we all know rolls back to the customer. During slow time employees could be asking customers if they need help, they could visibility survey the property to prevent theft, they can clean close by, price things. Seems like stocking should be done at night by stockers.
