Family Dollar is an awesome sauce they have plenty of Food and candy. Pretty much everything basics that you need. You peaple should check it out. It's awesome it's a place to shop whenever you can afford or don't want to go to like Walmart or Publix.

The cashier lady who works in the morning has a very bad attitude. She was very mean to me and disrespectful. I’m a customer and I demand to be respected. Cause the customer is the reason why the employee gets a paycheck, if there were no customers the employees wouldn’t get paid. So with that being said I am never doing business with this store again. Terrible customer service

The Cashiers here at this location Don’t Seem very Welcoming at all. How you start your day off in the morning is how your day Will go. Rude 😡WOW
The store is mostly stocked but they have gotten worse with Prices. I want to spend money where I am welcomed. No smile no Hello no Hi welcome in.

It’s truly disappointing to see a store operated like this. This particular Family Dollar location is, without a doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve encountered, and I would not recommend it unless you’re left with absolutely no other options.

The most jarring part of visiting this store is the incessant, blaring intercom message that plays every 30 seconds, reminding customers that the store is being monitored and recorded. While I understand the importance of security, the frequency and volume of this announcement create an incredibly hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. Shopping here feels less like a convenient errand and more like being scrutinized in a high-security environment. It’s unnecessary, excessive, and frankly, off-putting.

Compounding the frustration is the chronic understaffing. There’s always only one register open, no matter how long the line gets or how busy the store is. Waiting in line becomes an inevitability, even if you’re just picking up one or two small items. What should be a quick and convenient shopping trip is consistently drawn out by poor management and a clear lack of focus on customer experience.

The staff, unfortunately, doesn’t do much to improve the situation. The cashiers here rarely seem happy or approachable, and while I empathize with the challenges of retail work, the lack of friendliness is noticeable. There’s no sense of urgency or enthusiasm, which makes the overall experience even less pleasant.

It’s truly a shame that Family Dollar allows locations to operate this poorly. This store doesn’t just fail to meet basic expectations—it actively makes shopping an unpleasant ordeal. A store should be a place where customers feel welcome and valued, not one where they’re subjected to constant surveillance announcements, long lines, and disinterested staff.

If Family Dollar cannot address these persistent issues, perhaps it’s time to reconsider whether this location should remain open. It’s not enough to just stock shelves; a store needs to provide a functional and inviting shopping experience. Unfortunately, this Family Dollar falls far short of that standard. I strongly encourage anyone in the area to seek out alternative stores. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.
