Fast friendly service. Staff are always courteous and very knowledgeable of where to find things.

I been going to this store for 9 years and they now won't let me back in cause they have me confused with someone else i don't steal and I buy everything I need when I go in the store, so my lawyer said unless they have me on camera stealing then they can't just kick me out, 9 years I've never had a problem till this new manager so if they don't let me back in I'm pressing charges and Might have to take it to count cause I've done nothing wrong to deserve to get kicked out so I was told to press charges on them, i swear they have mixed up with some one else so yeah I guess I'm going to have to unless they let me back in my my lawyer said If not then they are gonna get charged for kicking me out... I feel like they didn't cause the person doesn't like me or has me mixed up with some one else either way they are gonna lose their job cause I didn't deserve to get kicked out and I will fight them with this cause it is not right to kick me out for no yand when I been going to the same store for 9 years...

The staff is typically really sweet. But they never have more than two working at a time and that has got to be so hard on them. Not to mention that it lowers the quality of service.
This particular Family Dollar has some of the highest prices I've ever seen. It's actually insane, considering it's located in the hood.

I will give no stars because the Troy St. Location has the rudest nastiest man that works there. I'm going to leave it at that. He is obnoxious and off the hook. I don't know where this company gets its employees from, but you better try somewhere else. I will never enter that store location again maybe none of them. You better get better employees with common sense and integrity or you will lose a lot if consumers.
Not everyone is in there to steal something.
I make enough money to never go into a cheap store, but there are some things in stocks that I couldn't find other places. I will order from somewhere from now on.
Horrible atmosphere.
