If I could give it a 0 star I would. Julian was so unprofessional and rude. I asked him for help a couple times and he brushed me off bc “he doesn’t get payed enough to help me” and when I met him at the counter he laughed as my card declined when I used the wrong one. Someone better do something about him before I take this to corporate.

I want to mention how Unprofessional an Unethical IVETs behavior is.
I walked in at 9:10 pm to purchase a few groceries with my son as usual because it is my to go store
It is absolutely inappropriate . As I was paying at the register this front cashier gets mad because I am trying to pay with 100$ bill.
She said how it is extra work for her to change the bill and how bad it is for me to go spend “just” 13$ with a 100$ bill. She also insinuated I was dumb and stupid for doing that. Her longhair coworker was just screaming words at me as well, I got really upset and when the manager finally decided to step in, she advised to speak to me outside of the store which is totally out of sense because her employees would not want to calm down.
This cashier Ivete was screaming at me while taking care of other costumers at the register. On top of all this negligence, of how overreacting she was, she did not provided me with my receipt.
Disgusting place. I hope HR sees this message and watch the camaras because this lady is verbally abusing the costumers that took years to build.

Store has been very unorganized the few times I’ve needed to stop here on my way home, earlier today -1st cashier didn’t bag my items together , I guess she put my drinks to the side , since i was stocking up on juices, and let me leave the store without one of my bags of juices. When i came back 15 minutes later to retrieve my items WITH my receipt the shift changed & an older woman cashier was VERY rude and incompetent. Saying she wasn’t here when i bought my drinks and i “Should have checked my bags before i left” and proceeded to bicker with me about -not being able to prove I received them, and That she can’t give me my $4 worth of juices. I had to demand her to get her manager 4/5 times before she did , to get my drinks which were simply behind the counter, and at least the manager promptly retrieved the bag, apologized and i will note had friendly demeanor- seeing i was visibly upset. I will never shop here again “, however because of this experience. I may even call the owners, about what happened.
