Okay so first off if I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would. Me and my mom had come here to get a few things and she had to use the restroom well she went in the restroom no toilet paper whatsoever. Well she went and told the guy working there I just wanted to let you know theres no toilet paper in the bathroom well he then has a smart remark saying okay and? My mom proceeds to say can you please get some toilet paper and put it in there or ill put it in there since I have to use the restroom. Like I thought that was the workers job was to make sure theres toilet paper in the bathroom for your customers I could be wrong but is that really a way to treat your customers that put money on your check? Absolutely not. Well next thing I get stuff to make my own laundry soap and other things well I moved money over before my phone died I forgot to bring my charger once again alot on my mind cant help it. I didnt move enough money over out of my savings my fault but that worker literally got mad and upset at me like excuse me for living but you sitting there getting upset because I didnt have enough which I did I just forgot to move more over but saying I have to literally cancel the whole transaction so on and so forth okay got it so I got what I got which was not everything and thats fine. And the lady behind us getting upset and all huffy and puffy and her remark saying oh my god. Like you've really never not moved enough money over to your spending out of your savings give me a break Karen you'll be okay. But never again will me or my mom come back and shop at this family dollar very poor customer service and customer's behind not knowing what mind your own business means I had an emotional breakdown because of all of that I have disabilities and yall judging and getting upset got it we wont be back.

This is the store in Pigeon Forge. It was very crowded with stuff everywhere in aisles. Things laying in the floors. Hard to find what I wanted. Bc something's weren't where they belonged .

This store literally has been a pleasure since Josh came back! I swear he is one of the best managers family dollar has to offer! He has such an amazing personality. And his vibe is 100! This is the only family dollar I will ever go to! Thank you, Josh for being you!. Forget about Dollar General, go to Family Dollar on Wears Valley! Josh and his team are A1!!!

This store is great simply because of the service!! We came from out of town but the assistance was great! They answered our questions without showing any annoyance. The cashier was very friendly and made us feel welcomed! Could tell we were from out of town but still made us feel welcomed and "at home". She offered us assistance with food and activities in the area to enhance our experience in the area! Really enjoyed the time here... and its just Family Dollar!! Thats saying something!

This is the absolute cleanest and most organized store I’ve ever been in. Josh is an amazing worker and has the best work ethic I’ve seen in someone in a long time.
Will definitely return!
