Porsche,

I want to take a moment to thank you for providing me with such a wonderful customer service experience at Family Dollar. Shopping at a local Family Dollar can be a great way to unlock significant savings, but unfortunately, sometimes the customer service does not always match the experience customers deserve. You completely changed my perspective.

I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and willingness to help me while I was shopping with my disabled daughter and my support animal. Not once did I feel discriminated against, belittled, or judged because of my circumstances. You made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued as a customer.

Your customer service really stood out to me, and I sincerely hope everything goes successfully for you and your future. Family Dollar is a huge staple for households like mine because it is convenient and allows families to save money, especially when using the online app and available savings. The app and digital savings made a huge difference for me during my visit.

Please continue the amazing work you are doing. Thank you, Porsche, for your patience, compassion, and for making my shopping experience a positive one. Your kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciate everything you do.

With sincere appreciation,
Loyal Family Dollar customer

2 big black guys will put a boot on your car if you park here and request $250 to remove the boots. They are very aggressive so if you do have to deal with them I suggest calling an officer to stop by because they are very unprofessional and come off very sketchy. One with dreadlocks and the other with a big gray beard both heavy set old men too who are very aggressive towards women. The towing company doesn’t even come up and they don’t take cars only cashapp and Apple Pay. They say they are hired by family dollar to bully people away from parking in their lot.

Ms Antoinette is the absolute best. Ive never gotten such energy and service in a family dollar. She is definitely 10 steps above the level of service iver ever seen and sets the bar higher than ive ever seen in retail. As a sales rep, this is phenomenal!!! Great job Ms Antoinette!!! I want to keep coming to this Family Dollar for sure!!! Wow!!!🤩

I will never shop at Family Dollar again. I have several times in the past. They hire predatory parking enforcement with long criminal records. We ran reverse look ups on the number on the ticket and the # my daughter had send the apple pay too Last night my daughter met her sister went to this Beat the Bomb place at 3638 Tryclan Dr. The parking lot was full so my daughter parked next door. When she came out there was a boot on her car and a large man standing by it who told her she had to pay $200 to get it off. She wanted to call her sister. He told her not too. He asked if she had apple pay and she does. She had to apple pay him $200 to get the boot removed. I understand and accept that my daughter may have parked somewhere she shouldn't have. (I have been towed twice in my life). Something seems really sketchy about this though. I googled "Lab Towing and Parking Solution". Doesn't seem to exist on google. Family Dollar I understand your need to keep people who aren't your customer at the current moment out of your lot but if yo hire people who intimidate young girls for exorbitant amounts of money I can no longer frequent your stores and will tell many this story.
