I watched a lady STRUGGLE 🥵 today arms full two cases of pop, a gallon of milk, and atleast say probably spent $100 in bottled drinks that the register woman somehow 🤷🏿 fit in four 4️⃣ bags “not double bagged”. she stepped 1 foot 🦶 out the door and all the bags busted open everywhere door half open half closed . Lady 👎 Never came out to help her. Drinks rolling everywhere 😡😡😡 These poles on 🛒 is Ridiculous😤 all over Kansas City You see poles on 🛒 . Did you store owners ever think 🤔 about the hundreds of thousand other customers you guys get on a day-to-day basis when you came up with this GRANDIOSE IDEA💡?
So shop a whole full 🛒 of merchandise but they can’t take it to their 🚗? Can’t take out the door 🚪? So they’re left to leave their cart 🛒 unattended in front of the inside doorway of the store while they walk back-and-forth trying to get bags into their 🚗 !!!!!!

All to prevent a couple shoplifters from running 🏃 out the door?
So all your customers have to SUFFER 😥 and STRUGGLE. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
This is getting Ridiculous.
WORRIED ABOUT PREVENTING $100 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE FROM A CART 🛒 DASH 🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️

Family Dollar and others like need to get their priorities together and think about how much money 💰 they’re really losing. Customers can’t spend like they want or fill up a whole cart!!! Just like this poor lady. SMH an with

Good evening. If you're from the hood then you know what to expect when you go to Family dollar. I can honestly say though they keep the store stocked and the cashier's stay in good spirits. I really appreciate it. Thank you

Today was the last time I will visit this location. The workers are very unprofessional and rude! I will drive away from my neighborhood to go to any other store but this one !. I bought a pair of swim trunks for a family member and his grandmother sent me back to get 2 more pair ,when I returned I found out they were buy 1 get one free so I was sent back with the first pair to return them and get 2 pair as well instead of just 1,the store manager told me I couldn't do it ,so I asked for a refund for the first pair I had purchased in cash so I could then get the bogo, they refused.
