Ricky and his crew are amazing. My a/c was not cooling. I called Ricky and within the hour he and Bryce were here. They took a look at it and found the problem. Within an hour my a/c was cooling and working great. Job well done guys. These are the guys to call for your a/c and heating problems. They find the problem and get it fixed.

My thermostat started to go out, and Mr. Morales was recommended. I was given his number and was able to contact him without any issue. He came over immediately and was able to replace the thermostat. Somehow since he replaced the thermostat, it’s been cooling my house better. He was courteous, friendly and reasonable. Now when it is cold in the house, I ask what did he do to make a difference? Thank you, Mr. Morales!!!

Not only superb service but extensive knowledge of AC systems. Both of my Daiken/Goodman condensers died after recent Centerpoint power events. One Call diagnosed the failures and quoted repairs. I chose to replace the condensers instead with better equipment. One Call obtained the equipment and their crew did the replacement in a day. All debris, rubbish, and old equipment were hauled away, and so far I’m pleased with the new system. The price was reasonable and I appreciated Mr. Morales’s attention to detail. The crew were fast, efficient, well equipped, and extremely conscientious. I recommend One Call for HVAC needs.

AC went out at night and its hot here in June and they came right out the next morning and fixed with great service, punctuality and fair price. Explained everything and showed me what was faulty. I highly recommend!

I have used One Call twice now and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. They will answer your call and be out to assess what needs to be done ASAP. Their professionalism, friendliness and technical expertise is absolutely second to none. They will do exceptional quality work at an extremely fair price. There is no question in my mind that I will solely be using One Call for my future heating and cooling needs, and if anyone else in the area is in need of their services I highly implore them to look no further.

Ricky was absolutely fantastic! Very quick to respond. Installed a new outdoor unit and so much more. All of there employees are very kind. I had a fantastic experience! I definitely felt like they were telling me straight and not just trying to get the most money out of us. Highly recommend!! We will be using them in the future for any AC repair needs. One Call is absolutely amazing. I called at 5 pm on a Friday evening when my AC was not cooling. The owner, Ricky, arrived about an hour later, quickly diagnosed the problem and stayed until 9pm to complete the repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Ricky and his team are amazing. They answered all our questions patiently (as I always have a lot) and educated us along the way. Great customer service and quality work to install a split ac unit.
