This urgent care is the best in Wilmington . Everyone is very nice and professional. Dr Emily is the best . She listens to your needs and provides the best care . Melissa is great as well .She works fast to get you triage to see the provider . This beats going to new Hanover hospital any day . I never have had to wait more than 5 mins to be seen .I love this place !!!

Our provider Mr.Jennings was amazing and so was the nurse who was working tonight. She was so kind. The check in process was quick and simple. The wait was not long at all. They listened to all of my concerns and ran all the proper test. I definitely will referring their services.

I could give zero stars if I could. You called and had my child’s prescription closed and didn’t even successfully send the prescription to the correct pharmacy after several requests. I even did as much as coming into the office where the provider ASSURED ME he sent it to the correct pharmacy. Not to mention how incredibly difficult it is to actually get someone on the phone . This place a pathetic excuse for “healthcare”. They have no idea what they are doing.

I went to Mainstreet last night in the middle of my shift. I had never been before, filled out the forms online, came in at 8:25 (35 mins before they close) and was out by 8:45. And it wasn’t really just an in and out issue either… without going into too much detail I had to have a culture on a skin infection and get some antibiotics. They have a kiosk when you walk in to sign in. I even had an issue with my insurance and you can connect with someone to help you directly through the kiosk pretty much like a phone call and she helped me very quickly, I was checked in and in a room in under 5 minutes. They even have a big screen in the waiting room with wait time info so you always know how many people are in front of you (if any) and can prepare for whatever wait you have. The nurse who took my vitals and history was WONDERFUL, and the nurse practitioners who did my little procedure were AMAZING. I was literally out of there at 8:45 and right back to work. They were kind, knowledgeable, quick, and all around amazing. For people who don’t know, they are the same as Kidstreet. Same building, same people, I didn’t even know they had an adult side. But seeing how they were with me I would absolutely trust them with my sweet girls as well. And they’re open 7 days a week! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank yall so much.
