I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Jasper’s Window Cleaning. From the very first phone call, the team was professional and helpful.
Vicente and Javon, who came to clean the windows, were courteous, respectful, and very mindful of my home. They always asked before climbing on anything or using certain areas, which I really appreciated.
They worked efficiently but still took the time to double‑check everything before finishing. Vicente even asked me to walk through the house to make sure I was completely satisfied and to point out anything that might need touching up.
I’m very pleased with their service and the overall experience.

I was not well when they showed up for my appointment and they offered to help me move furniture out of the way and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much ! We just finished renovating our new home and wanted to get the windows cleaned before the furniture and boxes arrived. The service I used for years flaked on me. I found Jasper’s info on Yelp and called. By then, heavy rain was expected. They were so accommodating! The technicians cleaned the interior before we moved, and came back when the weather was better to do the outside! They were courteous and professional. When they finished, the windows were so clean it looked like they were open. I am very happy!

The first time I used Jasper was in April 2024 just after I had my kidney transplant. I was in a rehab facility and really needed someone to clean and sterilize my dirty carpet for when I came home after my transplant. After reading several five star reviews, I called Kevin and spoke to him About my situation and explain to him that because of my transplant, I needed to come home to a very clean carpet. He told me he understood and not only did he take the job, but he offered me a slight discount. Because I wasn't working at the time.
After he finished the job, my roommate called me. Excited because he said you're carpeting. Your room looks like it's brand new. All the spots were gone and the high traffic dirt had disappeared. Kevin also went out of his way to clean an extra rug that I had on top of my carpet to make sure that everything was clean and sanitized.
I have to admit when I came home finally from the rehab center. I thought that the owners had laid new carpet in my bedroom, that's how clean it was.
I highly recommend Jasper's carpet cleaning service to anyone that has deep cleaning needs. Kevin is very professional and he takes his time to get the job done right.
