Friendly staff and so kind. Also dentist works her hardest to ensure you're comfortable and works quickly and diligently to ensure the job is done well. She goes above and beyond and doesn't give up easily. For example, because it's more cost efficient to go to her for a root canal she will try her hardest to do one so you don't have to go to an expensive orthodontist. She puts her all in. She's so caring, sweet, friendly, and professional. I always feel safe and in good hands when I'm in her office! I just wish they accepted Medicaid. But overall awesome!

Dr. Dipti is an amazing Dentist!
She communicated with me throughout the entire experience while extracting my tooth making sure I was comfortable and not in pain, unbelievable, but yes! She even had her nurses sing a jingle! I have never experienced a dentist like her and her team. Top notch professional who puts the needs of her patients first! I can’t believe that I’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist! She is a tooth Angel 🦷💗

I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. My cleaning was very thorough but still gentle, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Sara the hygienist is amazing!!!! I also had fillings done, and I was honestly nervous at first, but Dr. Mathur and her assistant Daphne made the entire process smooth and painless. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. I’m so glad I found this office and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Dr. Dipti Mathur is great! She's always so kind and really knows what she's doing. I had a few problems with my teeth about a year ago when I made my first appointment with her. It was my first dentist appointment in literally a decade, but she was incredibly nice and professional when she explained my options for treatment. Now, I feel so much better about my teeth, and I go back every six months. On top of that, I DON'T dread it, which is rare for me. Listen, I don't like going to the dentist nor the doctor. But I sincerely recommend making an appointment here; it's a fantastic office.

Best experience at a dentist’s office ever!! The hygienist, Sarah, was so pleasant and helpful in explaining every step of the process she was doing . She helped me understand how to watch for potential problems that I never knew before. The dentist was super helpful and practical in her approach to assessing any dental needs I had. Her holistic observations have led me to pursue other health issues that can have an effect on other physical problems as well as dental. No one tried to upsell me into doing extra dental work that is unnecessary - a welcome change from other dentists I have been to. Dr. Mathur is the real deal. By far the most thorough dentist I’ve ever seen and really took the time to address all my concerns/options regarding my treatment. She looks for the root cause of problems and doesn’t just try to treat the symptoms/cut corners. The rest of the staff if very friendly/welcoming as well. Will definitely be coming back. :)

Sarah is an amazing hygienist! She was very gentle and patient with me, understanding my anxiety with sensitive teeth during my cleaning. She was also very helpful, educating me on options for prescription toothpaste to help my sensitivity issues. The doctor also provides a personal touch to each visit, remembering to ask about my recent vacation (after all of these months since my last appointment) and sharing her experiences as well. Would highly recommend this team!

My husband and I had a great experience on our first appointment with Dr Mathur. She was kind and professional and so was her staff. We did not feel like herded cattle as most of us do in other doctor's and dentist's offices. The office was very clean and welcoming. I had a great experience with my dentist yesterday. I had my back molar crack and I was willing to have an extraction and she suggested a filling to save my tooth. She actually suggested a crown but I denied. She was very understanding and really sweet! I am happy to have found a new dentist!

From the first time I stopped by the office to see if they take new patients and my insurance the office staff was very kind and helpful. They checked with my insurance company about all the benefits then made my first appointment. I filled out all the information on line so when I showed up for my appointment I just had to wait a couple of minutes. My hygienist was very friendly and told everything she was going to do before doing it. X-rays, cleaning etc. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth!!! After she went and got the doctor for a final check. She was so nice and very professional! She was honest about some of my teeth but said we would watch them but if I do my part of good brushing everything should be good. I made my next appointment!!! This office and staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them!!!!

Middle Creek Family Dentistry made my two little girls and I feel right at home while we all had our teeth cleaned! Today I had a great day taking my daughter to see Dr. Mathur I was worried about many things but she was able to help me so much and started treatment right away. My experience with another dentist was terrible and I felt hopeless but after doing some research and looking on google which is how I found this place I’m very happy to say I will be bringing all my friends and family here because her office is super clean and very friendly. Everyone informed and help me very kindly the one at the front was super helpful and so sweet. She let my babies go to the treasure box and they got a prize. If I could I would give them a 10 star. They gave me a treatment plan which is easy to read and very explained how much work needs to be done each time. Very professional team at middle creek family dentistry would highly recommend to anyone looking for treatment. Thank you guys so much and will see soon! :)
