I come here one to two times a week to give my son his favourite ice cream. Tonight we came in with a couple of nuggets from Burger King from next door, my son got his ice cream as usual, and he was dipping his nuggets in the ice cream. We were asked to leave because we were not allowed to have nuggets in the store. Super sucky that happened and he was embarrassed and doesn’t want to come back.

Very sad that the website advertised dairy free ice cream, however they didn't have it. Unless I wanted line sorbet (who likes lime?) apparently all of Canada is out - according to the cashier.....

I asked for two employees names Izzy and Ayo. They were FANTASTIC. Customer service was amazing. The establishment was so clean and they made sure to take care of us and help when needed. These girls deserve a raise!

Today, Saturday April 4, 2026, we had a terrible experience at this location. I went with my two young children to get ice cream, and as soon as we walked in, the employee asked us to wait a moment. We told her that was no problem. But when we started ordering the ice cream flavors and asked her to add sprinkles for my kids’ ice cream, she kept sighing and rolling her eyes in front of my young children, as if everything we were asking for was bothering her.

Then she rudely told us that we needed to order everything all at once instead of in parts. She clearly has no experience dealing with children, and she definitely does not have the patience for customer service.

Later, I ordered a banana sundae. She was preparing it, but she forgot to put the banana in it. So I politely asked her to please add the banana, and she responded rudely again, saying, “Oh, you wanted banana too?” I did not react because I was with my small children, but honestly, I will never come back to this location again.

The truth is, every other time we came here, we were treated well, but we had never dealt with this employee before. I should also add that every family who walked in was being shouted at from the back to “please wait a few minutes.” I really do not know what she was doing that made her unable or unwilling to help customers, but she was very rude and clearly did not want to work.

We recently picked up ice cream from Baskin-Robbins for a family treat, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the takeout process was quick and smooth. The kids thoroughly enjoyed choosing their favourite flavours, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious. A perfect way to add a bit of joy to our day. Highly recommended!
