This Bank is the absoluty a let down every time I go to do banking business with this bank you get nothing but push back!! On top of the fact you have unprofessional workers there who throw up hands and laugh in your face... I dont understand what happen to customer service and or its my money I should be able to cash the checks I got with no hassle... i have been a customer with these people. For well, over 12 years now. And every time you go out to the west bank branch, you get nothing.But pushback from those people, and then they throw in your face and say, oh, it's policy.It's policy really.... very unprofessional, the girl at the teller was very unprofessional. Very rude, give me thumbs up.Smirking at me, throwing her hands up when her manager was talking to me all because I said to give my checks back. So very frustrating and so very unreal, I guess it 's time to find a new bank account.
