I selected Oasis Construction for a bathroom renovation project. There was very good dialog throughout the project including reviewing my material choices. Pedro’s feedback enhanced the outcome of the project.

As with any project there are unforeseen items that surface. For example, after demo, discovering a pipe that had to be moved for the project to continue. How these issues are handled is telling about expertise and professionalism, which Oasis demonstrated. All project phases were completed on a schedule to my satisfaction (demo, shower replacement, vanity, vanity light, plumbing, and painting). Mirror and floor tile I chose to have installed by specialist.

Pedro’s work ethic, attention to detail, communication, and focus to provide the best outcome possible is hard to find. I recommend Oasis and Pedro without hesitation.

Working with Oasis was a great experience. Pedro helped me from the beginning to the end of the entire process. Working with insurance companies can be very overwhelming. Padro made that process go much better with his knowledge of how insurance companies can underestimate what your really entitled!!

Communication was always clear, professional, and consistent. The crew came in and completed the roof in just one day, and the quality of the work was great from start to finish.

I truly appreciate Pedro and the whole team, and I highly recommend Oasis Construction. to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high quality work.

We hired Oasis after some water damage from a leaking skylight caused our ceiling to begin to fall apart and we needed to replace the skylight and repair the interior damage.

We were very pleased with the entire experience working with Oasis. The turnaround time from when we first contacted Oasis, to when the work began was very speedy and timely. The job began on time, finished when they said it would and remained on budget with what Oasis originally quoted.

Matthew did the work for us and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived exactly when he said he would every day and kept us updated throughout the project. I had several question throughout the whole project and Matthew was very patience with me for all of my questions and was also extremely informative. Matthew is a true professional and excellent craftsman.

I cannot say enough good things about Matthew and Oasis! If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Oasis and will be using them again in the future.

OCI did a wonderful James Hardie siding job. Their staff is well trained and skilled and follow manufacturer guidelines. There was a minor misunderstanding between the initial offer, but the pre construction meeting was very effective to clarify any misunderstanding.
I highly recommend OCI for their quality of work and customer service

OCI did a great job. Matthew, our project manager did a fabulous job. They arrived when they were scheduled, they worked incredibly hard, and it looks like they did a great job (hard to tell if the roof might leak, as we may never have rain again). It turned out to be a 2-day job instead of one, as planned b/c , no surprise, the boards were rotted under the old roof. Matt kept me posted at every step and they didn’t skip a beat.
I have gardens all around the house and they took good care to protect everything and they did an excellent job on the clean up, both days!
They left the place looking much better than they found it. We planned to have the gutters replaced and when they pulled off the old ones, the old stuff they were attached to came off too. They generously replaced the aluminum fascia and it looks great.

OCI360 was fantastic. They replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, respectful, fast, and my new roof looks amazing! Matthew was a terrific crew leader - he double and triple checked everything the crew did, made sure the work site was spotless, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Contract Signed, Deposit Paid, then they asked for $5500 more to start the job. (Proposal #16872151)

OCI360 Exteriors sent out someone to look at the project (June 7, 2024) and spent a few hours measuring and talking about procedure and policies etc. He gave me a quote within a few hours and even offered to lower it if we would pay cash. He called his boss while we were sitting there, who offered an even better price if we would let them put a sign up and pressure us to agree to terms on the spot, which I said I would not do without my spouse.

They sent the proposal (June 18, 2024) and we agreed to terms that day or the next and I signed the contract.

They sent an invoice for the first third of the work (June 28, 2024, I didn't see this the first time, and requested that they resent it on July 1, 2024). They sent the project manager out to look at the job (On or about July 3, 2024) and look at logistics. He told me that once the deposit was paid they will file a permit the same day with our town. I texted them immediately after the deposit was sent (July 8, 2024) and my phone rang within 10 seconds. They said they mismeasured the job (two weeks earlier) and it would require $5500 more for them to do the job. This was a 68% increase over the agreed upon (signed contract) price. They asked me how much my other offers were for and I said I wouldn't tell them that and that I expected the company to hold up their end of our contract. I do not think they are losing money at all. After two weeks since I paid and they have still not filed a permit or delivered a dumpster as promised. The project manager texted me today to say that his office would start processing the return of my deposit as they would not do the job unless we agreed to pay 68% more than the quoted, signed upon price. If this review is still posted here, then this matter has not been resolved, and my money has still not been refunded.

Oasis recently completed the installation of Hardie siding on our home.

Every aspect of the project was seamless; the only delay was awaiting receipt of custom corners.

We're happy to have a (truly) maintenence-free exterior!
