Not only was everyone extremely helpful, but I found the exact computer table I was looking for. I already have one just like it. Home goods products are much sturdier than I expected them to be. And I love this table I wanted this one for my goddaughter. I plan to paint it to complement the black and white filigree design on her floor tiles and back splash.

I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the Columbus HomeGoods thanks to Keisha and Ms. T! I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and instead of the tired or rushed service you sometimes expect late in the evening, I was greeted with genuine warmth and smiles. Keisha at the register had such a friendly demeanor that it instantly made me feel welcome.
As I made my way through the store, Ms. T was busy stocking shelves, but she didn’t hesitate to pause her work to ask if I needed help finding anything, something I truly appreciated since it showed she cared about the customer experience, even when she had her own tasks to finish.
When I approached the register, Keisha beamed and asked if I had found everything I needed. I commented, half-jokingly, that I had no clue how she could still be smiling so brightly at that hour, if it were me, I’d probably be exhausted and ready to go home with a grumpy face. Keisha simply smiled even more and replied, “I just love my job.” That answer genuinely stuck with me because her attitude matched her words, she clearly meant it.
During checkout, one of my items required a price check. Without missing a beat, Ms. T sprang into action. In less than two minutes, she had teamed up with Keisha to find the price and keep the line moving efficiently. It was like watching a perfectly coordinated team in action, calm, friendly, and professional the entire time.
I don’t often leave reviews, but exceptional customer service deserves recognition. Keisha and Ms. T turned what could have been a quick, forgettable shopping trip into a memorable and pleasant experience. They are both absolute assets to the Columbus HomeGoods, and I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have them on the team. I left the store not only with my purchases but also with a smile of my own

OMG this place should come with a warning ⚠️ label because YOU WILL spend! They have all the things and such beautiful cookware. That's the downfall for me. I've yet to make it beyond the cookware before my cart is full or ive reached the limit I lyingly(it's a word)set for myself. Go there, but bring a support buddy who will forcefully steer you to the register when you should stop!

Ready for Fall and Halloween!! too bad they don't sell the cool air. I love the unique finds, of either kitchen gadgets or foods and spices. always a great place to shop. clean restrooms, clean store and friendly employees.

They have such a great selection of seasonal and standard decor and specialty foods!
SO glad they opened one up close to us here in GA, we're originally from NJ and very used to shopping at the HG stores up there! 🛒🛍️🏷️😊
