The entire team at Innovative Builders & Remodelers are top notch. From the estimate and project planning stage all the way to the finishing touches, Innovative was on-time, on budget and professional. They take great care in working with contractors (drywall, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure they align with their company values. Everyone was respectful in our home, cleaned up after themselves, on-time and communicated clearly about what is being done and any next steps that needed to take place. The Innovative demo/framing crew and finishing carpenters are all incredibly skilled, kind and respectful. Stuart the owner and Don the office manager were easy to get ahold of, always prompt in answering questions and provided a very organized and easy to understand process for the entire project. We highly recommend Innovative and will definitely work with them again on our future home remodeling projects.

The whole team at Innovative Builders are great to work with. They gave me a quote that was way more than I wanted to spend and Don followed up with a phone call and we were able to get to a workable budget. Making changes through the construction process was very easy. Their construction calendar keeps you aware of their progress. Project was completed and follow-up was fulfilled. The best part was that I added at least $15,000 to the project and because they use a cost of materials plus profit the total project came in right on the original quote. I would definitely use Innovative Builders and Remodelers on future projects.

Innovative Builders and Remodelers led significant updates in our home to convert it to the modern farmhouse style I love. This included re-staining the floors, installing a stone fireplace, decorative wood patterns to the walls, remodeling a laundry room and more. What impressed me so much was that they enlist the best of the best talent to get the job done based on the type of project it is. They’re also highly responsive and were good about giving time and budget estimates.

Stu and his entire team at Innovative Builders and Remodelers were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process of building an additional Barn / Garage for me at my home in Rockford, Mi. Their communication, professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal at every stage of the project. At the planning, design and estimating phase both Don and Stu were always available to offer their guidance and advice. During the actual construction phase of the barn, the lead builder Matt, and the rest of the crew would always take the time to answer any questions that I had. This was my first time hiring a builder and doing a project this size, so trust me when I say I had a ton of questions. I was really impressed at how clean and organized they kept the worksite, never was it left a mess when they called it a day. I can honestly tell you that the entire project was completed on schedule and within the budget we originally agreed to and issue free. When the day comes to build a new home, and hopefully an even bigger barn, Stu and the Innovative Builders team will be the only call that I make! Thanks for everything. Mike Stinson
