I felt heard and cared for throughout the process\. I can only give a great review, Dr Ficenec was very professional and made sure I knew what was going to happen during and after my procedure. Everyone I met today were courteous, from the women I met coming in the door to the last nurse that walk me out the door. This is my first time having anything done like this in 30 years.
I like to thank everyone for keeping me calm and pain free.

I didnt get the status of my babys heartbeat she did a cervical exam and i didnt ask for one it was painful had discharge afterwards when i tryed to schedule my next appointment they said to call a clinic very dissapointed.she also asked me if i was going to consider adoption very un professional and im 22 weeks no congratulations or heart beat status lawsuit

Very sweet and understanding , I didn’t ask for a cervix check but she made sure to check everything with all the symptoms I was having! And I was treated very well here. I cannot wait to have my baby here I know we will be safe and treated like a priority ! I love ssm 💛!
