This is the worst, the love to get your money but when you attempt to cancel your policy because you find better rates they give you the run around. I have sent email after email, my new insurance sent emails and it’s been over a month and everyone I talk to give false information. I can’t get anyone on the phone that really has any interest to help. I would not recommend heritage nor assured alliance for anything. I’m still trying to cancel after two months.
