I worked with SRK Capital back in October for the purchase of an entry level condo as a first time homebuyer. The SRK team was under a very tight deadline for a mortgage for a first time home buyer that I was working with, and this particular client worked under a business name which had never been registered properly, the accounting had not been handled properly, etc. Essentially it was one of the most challenging and difficult mortgage situations, and SRK team, along with the assistance of Jaime Naranjo, did not give up and came through for my client! They were under tremendous pressure but ultimately made it all work, all while caring for the client and that the client would be in a good situation.
