Called today regarding a potential recall on a Maverick I purchased in Merrill. (I now live closer to Minocqua). They were very helpful in looking up my VIN for me and determining if my vehicle was affected, despite not purchasing the vehicle from their dealership. Exceptional sales experience. Stopped in to just complete the next step in my process of moving from on-line intel gathering to see what? If? How? The dealership experience would be? From the minute I met Bill things started to click. And it was a very short amount of time before I found myself meeting with Justin. They located a truck I was interested in. Had it here from another dealership within 2 days. Basically insisted I take it for an overnight test drive. And the deal was done. I maybe spent a total of one hour in the dealership over three stops. Great team. Gave me what I wanted/expected for my trade, plus they made it so I could transfer some of my old accessories to the new vehicle. . .saving me significant time, hassles and money. Great experience. The whole team over here at Northwoods Ford does a great job. My new EV car purchasing experience was seamless. They even let me take the car home the day before "closing" to get buy-in from the better half. Haven't had to test their service yet, but I'm sure it will be just as good.

Just picked up a Mustang GT convertible, this is the third vehicle we have bought from them. Gave us a great price. Sophia was very easy to work with as our sales person. She went through all the features on the car and got our Ford pass set up for this car. Purchase went very smoothly, signed the papers and done, not pushy on extras. My overall rating when browsing the inventory at Northwoods Ford in Minocqua, WI while being assisted by Mr John McCrum is five star without any doubt. John sales approach is one of the greatest I have ever witnessed when shopping for a vehicle. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle, approximate cost and he showed me what he had to answer the call. Although John always sported a smile "like he was up to something" , I did make a purchase from him. I rate him a ten. The dealership is well staffed showing excellent leadership. Nice to deal with.

Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service from Kendra, Justin and the team at Northwoods Ford.
Located a vehicle that I was interested in on their website. Discovered that it was at their sister location in Illinois. Justin, the Sales Manager was able to have it brought to the Minocqua dealership the next day.
Kendra was our sales associate. She was well versed on the 2025 Explorer and thoroughly informed us of its features and led us through the sales process.
Ben in Finance led us through the financing of the vehicle.
The entire process from first contact(Thursday) through pick-up of the vehicle (that Saturday) was very efficient. Highly recommend Northwoods Ford when looking for your next vehicle.

Would give a zero but not allowed to. The service department is rude and incompetent. They forgot to put my windshield wiper on so I bought a new one. The part to connect was missing. I drove more than hour to get there and missed work. They would not compensate me for my time. They knew I needed to be somewhere and offered to go to the gas station to fill me up but I didn’t have time. I said well you can give me the money for the gas at least but they wouldn’t. They do not call you back and are very very rude. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!

Sophia was so helpful throughout my process in buying a 2019 Ford escape. I don't have perfect credit I was pre-approved this is my first purchase. But the down payment kept changing so I had to change my review as I was overcharged for down payment. I should have paid attention more to the paperwork but I needed a vehicle for work. It wasn't until a couple days later when I checked my debit card account and was over drawn. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and friendly.
