My AC went out midnight on a Friday before a full day of work and Instant HVAC was able to repair my AC unit the same day. The level of accommodation, seamlessness, and efficiency is so incredibly rare to find these days that I will never consider a different company to assist with my HVAC needs. They were very transparent about pricing, very responsive to call/text, and very flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend!

I never write reviews unless an experience was beyond exceptional. My two AC units broke down on Mother’s Day. When we got home the house was marking 89 degrees. It was unbearable. I called 7-8 different companies to come out and all of them had a 3-4 hour lead time. This company understood my situation with 3 young kids and how uncomfortable we were. All of the owners techs were on jobs so the owner (Ilan) personally came out within 45 mins and within an hour both ac units were working again. Any one in the area that needs anything regarding hvac needs to give this company a shot. Professional, precise , perfection. Couldn’t expect anything more. Thanks Ilan!

Instant hvac installed a new system in my house and very happy with it . The installer were very professional and polite. Their work was excellent. The owner was very truthful about what I needed, he also had my ducts clean . The price to due everything was very reasonable. I will be calling him for maintenance of the unit in the future. I recommend him 100%.

My AC stopped working overnight. I read reviews for several AC companies and this one stood out for me. I called before 8am and Ilan instantly picked up and said he’d be at my house in 30-45 minutes. Wow!!! And that's an understatement. This business was referred to me by the AC contractor who I have used for 20 years because this time he was unable to repair my unit on an urgent basis. Ilan, the owner, came on Saturday early afternoon as he was near my house. He diagnosed the it as still salvageable with just a new motor. Fortunately, he was able to get a new motor hours later. We were grateful he was willing to work with us on a Saturday late afternoon into the early eve to replace it. He definitely saved the day and our long weekend by getting us back to comfort at home. The price was right and the service was efficient and effective. He even wore protective shoes to keep my floors clean because he noticed I had cleaned my house already. This type of excellent service and willing disposition is extraordinary to find around here nowadays. Thank you Ilan.

A great experience all around dealing with Instant HVAC. They responded immediately to my call, was at my house in half an hour, and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Cost was very fair and the AC is running great now…and all of this on a Saturday morning. Will definitely be using them again.

Called numerous places no one was available, 8am Instant HVAC arrived due to HOA REGULATIONS and started to diagnose ac unit, turns out we had a Freon leak after performing all repairs ac was up and running colder then ever.
