Many people will agree that these days, it is hard not to feel overwhelmed, overstressed, and, to be honest, sometimes feel plain lonely. That's when having someone to talk to makes such a difference, and who you talk to is so important.

I grew up in a broken family but didn't know that because when that's the only family you know, that's your world. My brothers, sister, and I did the best we could with what we had, as little or as much as that was. Long story short. Most likely, you are carrying something as much as any of us do, and while the weight you carry may feel lighter some days, it's on these busy and overwhelming days when it feels the heavier.

If you have someone to talk to in your life, that's gold. Be that person your spouse, your friend, or someone at your church or work, but sometimes it's hard to talk with people who are too close or don't know the best way to help you. That's when a professional like Krissy makes such a big difference. She brings compassionate and impartial support that can make a difference for you and those around you.
