I had a great experience with this company from step one right through completion. Everyone was professional, up front and honest. I was educated and kept informed at each step. My property was perfectly protected during the major project and left immaculate…no debris..no nails. Customer service superb. My only complaint is please get rid of the AI assistant that answers the online questions. Real people only and always please.

After having a dozen or so roofing companies knock on my door telling me I needed a new roof we decided to move ahead and have it replaced. I used to work in the Villages and have seen many roofing jobs going on. The company I saw most represented was Batterbee. We decided to call them for an estimate since they were the only company that did not come to my door soliciting the job.
Within a couple of days I was contacted by Jeremiah Delgado their sales representative who immediately impressed us, a true gentleman well spoken, no pressure. He answered all our questions, explained the services and materials to be used. Installation was scheduled for roughly 10 days out and the crew showed up earlier than expected and did an awesome job of covering the whole house and shrubbery to protect from any damage and immediately got to work.
Along with the installation crew was the job forman Travis, a clean cut, knowledgeable, and well spoken professional who answered all of our questions and even answered questions we didn’t know we had. He kept us in the loop all through the process as to what was going on.
At completion of the install the clean up was amazing.
Grandpa used to say “always buy quality and you’ll never be disappointed “. He was so right.
You can probably find someone to do it cheaper but these guys are on another level. Thank you Batterbee And especially Travis and his crew.

I recently had my roof replaced using Batterbee Roofing. The crew was very professional and fast. Top of the line products and Batterbee did more than the other companies offered to do. I was especially impressed that they used a rubber wheeled dumptster where others use metal wheels. I really appreciated the way they cleaned up after the job, including cleaning up dropped nails. Batterbee was a bit more expensive than the others but I believe I got a much better quality roof. Well worth the money spent. You get what you pay for. I'd most definitely recommend Batterbee Roofing to anyone.

Jeremiah got us started with an outstanding personal presentation at our home of the Batterbee history, philosophy, methodology, product line, and process and procedures. My wife and I were guided through the different options for roof replacement, and post-project service and warranties. He was punctual for our in-person meeting, and also returned phone calls in a timely manner. I even got a tour of the Batterbee facilities in Oxford when I was in their area! We were very comfortable going with Batterbee for our project.

Shelby in the office was a very big help in working with our schedule in getting our project going. Very understanding, very flexible!

Our Site Supervisor Joshuwa and his crew were right on time and spot-on with all facets of the project.....prep. installation, cleanup and followup.

My wife and I had MANY questions as the project went along. All these folks were very courteous, patient, respectful and understanding in their answers and explanations, which was very much appreciated! And there were other members of the Batterbee team that I met (I can't remember all their names!) who were wonderful as well!

We contacted Batterbee Roofing, along with several other companies, for an urgent project. Batterbee responded immediately and scheduled both the inspection and installation as quickly as possible. Rhett managed the project and was highly responsive, even submitting the permit in person to ensure the work could begin without delay. Travis served as the on-site manager. The team completed the job in a single day and left the site thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, I don't believe we could have found a better roofing company. From their presentation, covering on the doors and windows with netting to prevent damage, removing the old roof, fixing areas that the original builder didn't take care of and put it on a beautiful new roof with a lifetime warranty. Stay in touch from beginning to end, keeping us informed. And outstanding roofing company. They replaced my solar attic fan and changed the glass top to my light tube in the master shower.

We replaced our roof eight years ago. Unfortunately, we were new to the area and made the unfortunate choice of a fly-by-night company and now we had major issues. We had Batterbee and another company do an inspection. Batterbee was much more thorough and identified a couple major issues that we had not yet noticed, but were causing water to enter our home. While Batterbee was quite a bit more expensive, we went with them and are happy we did. Charles, the sales guy, was extremely thorough. Ivan, the on-sight manager was terrific, both being friendly and easy to work with, and also providing outstanding communication and status updates. Manny, the project manager was equally outstanding with communication. The entire office staff, including Caroline and Shelby, always responded quickly to questions and kept us up to date with dates and times. The entire process happened right on schedule and the roof looks terrific. Their customer portal is top-notch and is a one-stop place for all the project details, including permits and photos throughout the job. We're very happy that we chose Batterbee, even with the increased cost. They are a professional operation and did an outstanding job. We are confident that our roof is now in great shape and will last until our insurance company forces a replacement.

I used Batterbee to address my leaking lanai. I had been dealing with a leaky roof for years and couldn't figure out where exactly it was leaking. I finally gave in and got a few estimates (4 to be exact) to repair the issue. Batterbee was not my first estimate but they were the best. They weren't the cheapest but what they offered was superior to other companies I met with and I don't mind paying for quality work. I was very happy with the process from start to finish. Their representative Scott explained everything and was available for any questions or concerns. The gentleman that did the actual work was polite and thorough. He did an excellent job and my roof looks awesome. I would recommend Betterbee for all your roofing needs. You get what you pay for and their quality and attention to detail is impeccable. I'm looking forward to sitting on my lanai and NOT getting wet. Thank you Batterbee!!

I would go 1/2 star. Roof looks ok from what I can see. Not great at metal work around some areas. Had a solar skylight put in at the same time the roof was complete. Had some minor cracking in the ceiling around solar tube. Had to fix AC ducts since they were not working (kinked), also had to fix garage door opener (wire in attic was pulled out)

Response to your reply to my post 3/19/25. So At 1:20 I replied to manny and at 1:43 I replied to you the owner, So please don’t make your mistakes and shoddy work about me not contacting you for 3 hours!

—— ok response to your post 3/20/24 .. I’m embarrassed to be litigating this on google but as I stated in the email sent 3/19/25 I would like correspondence via email or text. I have not received any response since yesterday at 2:15 so again a communication issue on my part ….. ?

1. (Batterbee) 12/11/24, a walkthrough with the project manager took place at that time. During the walkthrough, no issues were identified, and a certificate of completion was signed, acknowledging your satisfaction with the work.

a. Response: OK I was in the hospital in San Antonio, so my wife was able to sign off on your certificate of completion on 12/11/24. So your guy showed her what you did and signed. That doesn’t excuse the shoddy workmanship as presented in the pictures.

2. (Batterbee) On 12/18, our office attempted a series of follow-up calls,
a. response: yes I was out of state .. see above.

3. (Batterbee) On 1/3 we successfully reached you. During this call, you confirmed that all work had been completed satisfactorily, and the walkthrough earned a 5-star review from you.
a. my response: ok not so sure about the 5 star review quote, pain meds do strange things to memory, but yes I kinda remember acknowledging the work was completed but as previously stated I was not involved in the walkthrough.

4. (Batterbee) The first notification of any issues came on 3/19 through your Google review, which outlined concerns regarding metal work, the solar skylight, AC ducts, and the garage door wiring. As soon as we became aware of these concerns, we reached out promptly—leaving a voicemail at 9:15 AM and following up with an email at 12:50 PM. We also responded to your review, emphasizing our attempts to connect and resolve the situation. Batterbee had addressed your review before receiving your response via email.
a. Response: ok, I apologize for not getting back to you until 1:20 and 1:43, about 4 hours.

5. We deeply regret any inconvenience and have offered to visit your property to address your concerns, conduct a thorough inspection, and rectify any issues, including correcting the fascia. We are currently awaiting your response and remain committed to finding a resolution that meets your expectations.

a. I was under the impression that a walkthrough was completed 12/11/24 see above.
b. So does that mean you’re going to fix my ceiling?

The fall of 2024 we had a complete roof replacement and a newly replaced chimney. Absolutely Beautiful. The quality of the work and materials were top of the line. The warranty is great. My salesman was Sam Robinson, a wonderful young man. He was with me from beginning to end. Ivan Ramos was the lead in making sure all went well and was also at my home daily. Another wonderful young man. Ivan’s team was Lauriano and crew. Wonderful workers. From early morning until late in the day. Pretty much nonstop.
Loved working with Batterbee Roofing. I Highly recommend this company. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

They did a wonderful job on my house. Roof looks great, cleaned the property before they left. The tarp broke a sprinkler head in my garden. The manager brought it to me, got the parts from Lowes and repaired it the next morning. They took one break for lunch that seemed to be about 20 minutes at most. They started at 6:50 in the morning and worked all day until they were finished after 6pm. A really long day for them to work with no breaks. I would hire them again at any time.

Batterbee was basically the only roofing company that responded to my request for someone to inspect damage done to my roof as a result of hurricane Milton. Their inspector thoroughly checked my roof and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I accepted their estimate and requested them to make the needed repairs. The repairman was very knowledgeable and repairs were made in a professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Batterbee Roofing based on their performance I received.

We recently had our 16 year old roof replaced with Batterbee. We were very happy with the whole process from salesman Charles to the onsite job supervisor, Martinez. The install went smoothly and the workers did a great job in protecting our property and cleaning up when finished. Even the office staff was very helpful in keeping us informed and following up after the install was completed to make sure that everything went well. Very honest sales people. We had them look at our roof and were told that in good conscience they couldn’t recommend we replace our roof because it didn’t need it. There were a just a few small areas that needed attention. We hired them to do the repairs. Their workmen were extremely neat. There were before and after pictures taken of the repaired areas so we could view the work that was done. Batterbee only required a 10 % deposit and the balance wasn’t even due at the time of repair. We were contacted a few days later. All in all they were a great company to work with and I would definitely contact them when it’s actually time to replace our roof.

Install went great. Travis was very good and easy to work with. Project completed in one day. Appreciated the updates and end of project walk through. Guys were polite and the mess was totally cleaned up when they left. The pictures reflect the netting and tarps to protect our home and property and the finished project. There was a solar light missing from the neighbors yard that was caught up in the netting but Travis was great in working with the owner, exchanged numbers with her and to let her know if it wasn’t found or was broken it would be replaced.

Batterbee Roofing is everything they claim to be. Our recent roofing replacement was on time, very professionally done and the results is beautiful. The Owens-Corning brand is known far and wide, top of the line. Charles, the sales rep is honest and does what he says he will do. Follow-up is super. We had a great experience with Batterbee Roofing our salesman Rhett was very knowledgeable and low pressure. He had a great presentation on the entire roof system that really worked for my wife and I then the job started and Martinez was our supervisor. He is a man among men. There was no detail too small for him to miss. I can't say enough about the crew and Martinez when they were done there wasn't a nail on the ground, every shrub was perfect. We just had a brand new perfect roof with a 30 year guarantee which my wife and I really feel good about. Finally their team in the office help me deal with State Farm Insurance, which I can assure you does not want to pay you a dime however they really spend money on advertising.
