I scheduled a cleaning almost a full month in advance and was very disappointed that no one showed. When I tried calling, no one answered but I received a text stating your team was busy and on the line with another client. I never received a call back. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using nor recommending your services in the future.

Please do not be scammed by this company. I booked this service last minute for a gathering that I was preparing for. I really wanted to trust the good reviews, but they were misleading. Much of the negative reviews are spot on. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home that was not cleaned fully. 1 of the bedroom went untouched and I even helped her clean to try and speed up the process. She spent time in my cabinets organizing instead of cleaning. I had to literally stop the cleaner and ask her to leave after 4.5 hours of “cleaning”. Top quality pricing with not so top quality results.

Many ppl asked me what the cleaner did when they dropped by which was a slap in the face. There were literally minimal changes to my home. Lol I called the manager to express my disdain with the insane pricing for what I experienced. I was told that the cleaner was “new” and although that was “no excuse” that I needed to meet them in the middle due to the fact that she was already paid. Not sure how that was my problem. I was offered another cleaning with a %15 discount for my next cleaning that I will definitely not being using after the horrific experience I had.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. When I initially called, the receptionist quoted me a price, but when the bill came, there was an unexpected price increase. The pricing was not clearly communicated, and no explanation was given for the change. The lack of transparency and poor communication left me feeling frustrated. I expected better customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them.

Like other reviewers mentioned, the price they quoted me was far lower than what they billed me for - almost double. This makes no sense, as I made them aware of the size of the space beforehand, and the space was not “dirty”. Over $300 for a 1 bed, 1 bath duplex is outrageous. I also did not receive a high quality service. I had to go behind the lady who cleaned it as she neglected to clean several areas of the home. This company has shady business practices and their service was mediocre. I would look elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY DECEITFUL COMPANY. The cleaners that came were amazing, but this company is extremely deceitful in their pricing. For example, the cleaners arrived at 10AM and left at 1:20PM. Which equates to 3.25hours. They charged me for 4.45 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You cannot even reach their customer service to address this. They just won’t answer. I’m in shock at how disappointed I am that they are unavailable to address this discrepancy.

TILL NOW THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK TO ADDRESS THE OVERCHARGING. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER.

This is my first time with Cowboy Cleaners, the scheduling and clarifications part was great. I had Shearon and Cavance arrive on time. The service was great, clean and precise as explained to them when they arrived. For the price being charged, I would expect them to be more faster in completing the service as they are professionals compared to others but otherwise I had a nearly satisfying experience with Cowboy cleaners.

I had used this company before and wanted to give them another try because they have upfront pricing and they addressed the problems I had with a cleaner they had sent on another job. They used to provide fixed pricing based on the size of the home, but then they switched me to an hourly rate and it was 36% higher. The explanation was I had to ask for the flat rate even though that wasn't my experience before. They also tried to charge me a tax rate of 9.75% when it was supposed to be 8.25%. The tax rate was fixed after I notified them, but it's hard to believe that it wasn't an intentional error. Check those invoices and be careful with this company!

Needed an asap deep clean for my new apartment bc when I moved in it had not been cleaned at all. They came in within an hour and cleaned everything I asked them to clean in an hour. Naomi was super communicative, professional, and efficient. I was under a lot of stress trying to get the space ready for all my stuff and they alleviated it immediately.

Son and Daughter in law had empty apartment cleaned. Showed up late. Had something in the apartment so he could finish some repairs. Quote was for 1 hour. Charged me for 3 hours and took the item and sold it. very unprofessional. Dont step over pennies to save a buck. Better companies out there.
