I bought 2 Solstice Dune perfumes from Habibi at the ICNA convention. The owner wouldn’t give me a discount at first but because of his son he honored it. Before the discount when I asked for one, he said oh do you want me to do a dance for you. I felt insulted and disgusted about his comment and along with that his partner had an attitude as well. Customer Service is very important and unfortunately that quality of service wasn’t provided. I was a long time customer and this is the experience I had. What a disgrace.

Just received my bottle of palace grove. It smells fine I just thought it was going to be a 3.4oz bottle. I do not see the size mentioned at all on the site or on my actual order. Is it hidden or something? I was it’s not listed on the packing slip either. I suppose you have just the one size and that’s that. However it’s not easily ascertained.

A Hidden Gem in NJ — Habibi Is Incredible!

Husband and I had such a beautiful experience at Habibi New York! From the moment we walked in, the owners
were so welcoming, kind, and genuinely passionate about their fragrances. They made us feel
comfortable, answered our questions, and let us take our time smelling everything without any
pressure. That alone made the experience special. The setup of the store is elegant and inviting.
it smells amazing the second you walk in. You can really take your time exploring all the scents,
and each one feels luxurious and thoughtfully blended. My personal favorites were Sahara Rose
and Jasmine — both are absolutely stunning. Sahara Rose is warm, soft, and feminine with such a beautiful depth. Jasmine is rich and floral but perfectly balanced with oud — not overpowering at all.
We also loved Ombre, all of the oud fragrances (seriously, every single one!), Moroccan Leather, and Sweet Sensation. The oud collection is especially impressive — deep, long-lasting, and truly high quality. Moroccan Leather is bold and sophisticated, and Sweet Sensation lives up to its name— sweet but still refined. We also loved the beard oils, candles and home diffuser! You can tell these fragrances are crafted with care and quality ingredients.
Everything smells expensive and lasts beautifully.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in NJ — this place is a must-visit for perfume lovers!

Wow, when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Shakir who helped me pick out three colognes worth every penny. His customer service was amazing and the colognes so far living up to the hype. I sprayed the urban oud on my skin at 12pm and it stayed prominent on my skin after 8pm-amazed isn’t even the word I’d use to describe it. If you’re looking for longevity and quality at affordable prices-this is the place!!! Will def be returning with friends.

Phenomenal Muslim owned perfumery with high quality products. I've been using their products for a couple of years and they truly standout. Desert oud is my favorite, along with their range of beard oils. Lately I stopped by their new showroom for a last minute gift. Br Shakir was extremely courteous in opening the shop after hours. They have some really nice new fragrances lined up.

We had a great experience shopping here! They have many different perfumes but my favorite is The Magnificent Rose, and The Moroccan leather! Also the samples are great! So much variety and its high quality…lasting fragrance.

Habibi NY has an amazing collection of perfumes perfect for gifting on any occasion. We have bought online and in-person and the experience was amazing!

We visited the in-person store in Piscataway and the store set-up and experience is phenomenal. The customer service and was amazing and the owners were really nice! We were able to spend our time trying different perfumes in a comfortable relaxing setting.

I absolutely loved their female fragrance collection! My favorites were Iris Bloom & Rose Amor for people who like more fresh floral scents. And I absolutely loved Unspoken Love, a new scent they launched! It had the most amazing fresh green apple like scent.

If you are visiting the store in person, Google maps has the location set as the back of the store, so you just have to drive around, and you’ll see their logo on the door.

TLDR; Highly recommend this store! Has a variety of scents for any occasion. Should definitely go in-person if possible.

Just got the reed diffuser (golden hour) and it smells sooo good. I put it in my living room and I smell it throughout my entire house. My friend who had purchased it in the past said it lasts such a long time. You can tell the oils used are high quality. I’m so glad I made this purchase and can’t wait to try more.

Also just to note that this is not a store (it’s the office) Contact them first before walking in.

This is definitely my TOP cologne brand. Tons of OUD selections, high quality products and amazing presentation. They have a great selection, a lot of them are UNISEX. I highly recommend ordering the sample boxes to see which ones you like. Ambre of the sea is my FAVORITE, followed by Honeyed Tobaco & Oud,, penthouse suede, Iris bloom and then Sage & situs Oud... long lasting elegant scents. They also have really good beard oils and reed diffusers. Their packaging and quality are top notch. This is definitely a premium company with high quality products. Also read all of their reviews, most of the bad reviews are trivial logistical issues, they actually send a small sample size bottle when you purchase a large bottle so you can try it before you open the actual perfume, no other company does this. I own over 50 bottles of cologne and can truly say Habibi NY is a top notch brand.

Stopped in today for an open house. A top notch niche house with fabulous owners. These frags use top-notch ingredients from the best sources. The best part, you don’t pay niche prices for top quality fragrances. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

My new favorite brand ! Love the collections. Got so many compliments and people asking what I am wearing! You must buy Ambre of the Sea, Rare Woods Elixir, & Desert Oud. The scents are so long lasting and everything is beautifully packaged. Straight luxury: bought a bunch of their scent diffusers also; my house smells like a 5 star hotel !

They have so many great fragrances that you can sample in store before purchasing. Bought one as a gift for my SO and she loved it! Also got a sample pack for men and women too.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended and will return for more.

Habibi NY, a top-notch luxury perfume brand. They have a truly unique & premium, luxury perfumes that ranges from classic to reserve. I ordered some samples to try them out, and I was blown away. Their perfumes are incredible, and the luxury packaging just adds to the experience. I absolutely love their fragrances. These are not what I thought they would be. The sample scents I received are not refined or elegant. They are pungent and off-point. One of them smelled like burnt wood & plastic. I will stick to shopping in store. So happy I didn't buy a large bottle.

Nice advertising. There is no store at the location as it is the corporate store. The company has a chat but is not attentive to it although they do seem to care about their business. Their products look great and have nice descriptions, unfortunately you need a scent counter in a store to try colognes. I would love to be able to try them where I try other colognes. When I am able to sample their work I may be able to give a better review. I’m giving 3stars in the blind pending product sampling.

Terrible customer service - long, LONG waits on chat, chat ended prematurely by agent without problem resolution, both women's Discovery Sets include men's fragrance samples - I did not order or expect men's samples, since I am paying for women's samples. When I was finally able to reach a customer service agent to whom I expressed my dissatisfaction about this issue, I received no response. My email about the problem was met only with a request for a review - which I submitted. It was declined since it was negative. Will be interesting to see if this review is allowed to stand. Was also dissatisfied with many of the sample fragrances - awful. The only one I truly loved is not available in a full size - is only available in sample sizes - why include it then???? High-end prices, low-brow service.

Update 7/19/23 - I guess your response was just for the sake of the optics. I sent you my contact info as requested and have received no response or action. Yet another disappointment. That's ok - I guess you don't need my business, and that's fine - plenty other houses will better earn my money. Too bad - I'm a fragrance junkie.
