I am a loyal customer of Starbucks in mission st for about 2 years now. I go there daily and spend at least $20. It’s been about a month now I’ve noticed the customer service just isn’t the same at all. I went thru today at 11:50am and a smaller blonde girl who was at window…very short and sweet and had a really bad attitude.
I always leave 5 star reviews ANYWHERE I go bcuz I’m also a buisness owner and I know how important it is but today it’s 1 star bcuz when the girl handed me the card terminal to pay for my order, she wasn’t even paying attention and snatched it away too quick then hand me my drink super fast spilled all on my hand and shut the window. Didn’t ask me for a straw or anything.
RUDE!!!

WE PAY HIGH DOLLAR FOR GOOD QUALITY COFFEE…WE ALSO EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Did a mobile order here, everything was done perfectly. Nice staff, greeted, asked if the could help with anything, even though I had grabbed the order. Nice change from other Starbucks.

Liz deserves some recognition for her grade A customer service skills!! Busy drive-throughs can be hectic sometimes especially on an early saturday morning but my experience today with liz was amazing. She was very thorough and spoke so clearly while taking my order I almost thought she was AI. At the window she asked if I used the app (I don’t but will now) which is something small but also a good touch to get customers to take advantage of the point system starbucks has in place. I rarely make reviews but Liz definitely deserves one today. Kindness goes a long way and the experience I had today made my morning better, amazing job Liz!!

I love this Starbucks! Nearly every staff member is so incredibly sweet, great customer service, drinks are usually made with so much love - and it shows. I’ve come in on some gloomy days, to be surprised by them upgrading my Grande to a Venti! They’ve done this several times, which never fails to make my day. I won’t go anywhere else!

Passing through Mount Pleasant and stopped in to the Starbucks on their main drag through town and had a wonderful experience.
All the staff were so pleasent and remembered my personal cup discount too. The time to get my delicious sandwich and perfectly made peppermint mocha was so short I had barely connected to the wifi when they were already calling my order out by name.
My rainy day was saved by this great crew!!
