Later, he completed a two-year residency in the US Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base and moved to Lawrence in 1975. Dr. Les continues to study and improve his knowledge for the benefit of his patients. He avails himself of many continuing education opportunities with this intention. He is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). Dr. Les and wife, Shirley have two children, Kelly and Scott.
