Huge shoutout to O5 Plumbing. We’re selling our home and the inspector said our sewer line had cracks. Since I’m a veteran, I wanted a veteran‑owned company, so I called O5. They sent Adam out the same day.

Adam explained everything he was doing, ran a hydro test, pulled the toilet in our master bathroom, and checked the whole system. No issues were found, and he put everything back together perfectly. You’d never know he was even here.

Excellent experience! O5 was almost half the price of what another company quoted me, with much better service and quality of work. They replaced a water softener and did some work on my water heater. Adam was honest from start to finish. He explained the options clearly and never tried to upsell or add unnecessary work to the bill. No pressure, no unnecessary recommendations, and no attempts to inflate the cost. We were very happy with the service we received from o5 Plumbing. They were here to replace the PRV valve for our home. Their price was reasonable, they arrived on time, and our plumber, Nelson, was professional and polite. The job took a bit longer than expected because he needed to go purchase a part to complete the job, but he explained the situation and quickly returned. Once completed, Nelson showed us the work, explained what he did, had us test our water pressure, and made all necessary adjustments to the valve. Finally, he cleaned up the work site so well we could barely tell he had been there. We also appreciated the discount offered to veterans by o5 Plumbing. We would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Kudos!!
Update: We did develop a slow leak in the same line nearly 3 months later and asked o5 to take a look. We were scheduled for 9a, but serious thunderstorms were occurring and we postponed until later in the day. Cameron came out around 5p, a bit later than I would have liked, found the leak and honored o5’s warranty. I asked for an invoice to possibly adjust any excessive water charges from the utility company.

o5 has great customer service from top to bottom. The plumber helping out (Nelson) was very communicative, willing to answer all questions, and knowledgeable. We ran into some head scratching issues, both owners showed up and helped diagnose and resolve the issue. They were fair with their cost and did their best to help me any chance they saw an opportunity. Would highly recommend if you want plumbers who will get the job done right. Can’t thank you enough Chris and Eric.

o5 was recommended to us by our friend and realtor. They will be our first call for any plumbing issue in the future.

We've had them out on more than one occasion and their service is always fast and complete.

Most recently we had a pipe break with the below-freezing temperatures. One call and the owner had Adam dispatched within an hour. He replaced the broken parts with a better alternative solution to avoid future problems.

While there we asked him to take a look at another issue we had with a sink drain installed by the previous owners. Initially he thought it was going to require cutting into the wall and adjusting pipes. After reevaluating, Adam was able to rework the drain pipes with no extra expensive repairs. Drain works perfectly now.

Finally, the most important thing for me, is finding a company and service techs that are upfront and honest, and that we can trust in our home. Found them.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam from O5 Plumbing. He’s a veteran, and as a veteran myself, supporting a veteran-owned company was important to me, but beyond that, he truly delivered outstanding service.

The city shut off my gas due to a corroded and leaking pipe. Adam came out, diagnosed the issue right away, replaced the damaged gas line, and made sure everything was brought up to code. His workmanship was solid, professional, and done right the first time.

The city returned for inspection and had zero issues, they turned the gas back on without hesitation. That level of quality and reliability speaks for itself.

We had a sewer line backing up into our home this morning, and Adam from O5 Plumbing came out on his day off to help us. He showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and immediately got to work. The last company we used (Anchor Plumbing) charged us an arm and a leg just to run a camera. Adam not only ran the camera, but also cleaned out the sewer line and removed the blockage — all for half the price we paid before.

What really stood out was his honesty and communication. He kept in touch with his boss throughout the visit to make sure everything he told us — from the diagnosis to the cost — was accurate and fair. It made us feel very confident in his work and his knowledge.

We also really appreciated that he’s a veteran and that O5 Plumbing is veteran-friendly, offering military discounts. That meant a lot to us.

Overall, Adam went above and beyond. Fast, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service. We highly recommend O5 Plumbing and will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Chris has been amazing to work with from beginning to end. I explained my foundation was being worked on and the area where my plumbing leak is under the concrete slab is open and wanted to ensure that was the only leak so I could have a better understanding of the total cost. Chris and everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with at o5 Plumbing were the absolute best! I was very apprehensive while looking for the right trustworthy team to tackle my plumbing issue at my home,but their thorough evaluation and itemized quote put me at ease. I had other quotes completed but none compared to the service o5 gave from the first call to the end of the job.
Chris made every effort to work within my budget and give me options that not only fixed the problem but gave me additional peace of mind. A big factor in putting my mind at ease was their willingness to not only itemize their quote but pull permits so that I know that the work completed was done the correct way.

Bought a house and a few days later found that we had a main sewage line break in our front yard. Even though this happened the day before Thanksgiving Day, Adam and Chris were prompt with their response and immediately came out to identify the cause. Once the cause was discovered, they had contractors scheduled to trench the yard and ready to do work the next business day. They were a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely be going to them for any future plumbing concerns.

I came to work to find water all over the back area of my dance studio and could not totally get the cut off valve to work. I called at 3:15 pm and they had Chris out by 4:00. Not only did he get the leak stopped he worked to get me the best price for the repairs. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and took great care of all my plumbing issues. The service and care from this company is absolutely amazing. o5 was contracted through our GC to do some plumbing work on our house remodel after a leak. They went above and beyond and walked with me to help prevent leaks. We have been using them ever since. They have come out to our house in the late evening to help us address needs in our home. Our son had put a toy down a drain and we had an appliance installer break a valve in our laundry room. They are absolutely fantastic and I will never use anyone else.
