I went in to transfer funds from one account to another (RRSP to FHSA). This process should have taken 2-3 weeks. Instead, this took 4 months with an on-going back and forth with an associate not responding to my emails and who would frequently ignore me. No one took accountability in store until I had to call TD over the phone. If you're looking to do an important transfer, think carefully about coming to this branch.

Came here to change a beneficiary on a locked in account two months ago. Apparently it can only be done at my home branch where I opened the account. I was reassured by the rep Amal it would be handled by the manager who would direct the home branch by email. Still nothing. Emailed and called and the rep Amal has left the branch. The rep assisting me today on the phone couldn’t even find me the phone number of my home branch, I found it myself. Afterwards she attempted to upsell me on GICs for cash she saw in my accounts. Told her I’m not doing business until the issue I’m calling about is resolved. Very exhausting.
