My son was not looking forward to visiting an orthodontist. Everyone at the office was welcoming and friendly. He smiled through every part of his initial visit. He's excited to come back and get his treatment started.

An assocate acknowledged my presence by greeting me as soon as I entered the facility. She also gave me the name of the person who was to call me and my husband for the consultation.
Vicky called us with smile on her face. Very pleasant and kind. Explained the process in detail. No pressure at any time. I was given opportunity to ask questions. Got answers to my satisfaction. Dr Monnot was most professional, exam was compassionate and thorough. Dr. explained the process and duration of the treatment thoroughly. I felt I was appreciated.
All in all, very satisfied.

This week, we went to Dr. Gorman's office for my son's first orthodontist consultation. The office was ready for us as soon as we arrived. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They relieved my son of the fear he felt about needing orthodontics.

Our experience was just overall wonderful! The staff is very professional, friendly, understanding and patient. Special recognition to Ms. Vicki, our welcoming and kind Treatment Coordinator who explained the treatment so very well, we had no questions after she was done. She warmly welcomed us to the Gorman & Bunch family. Thank you for the water and cookie, love love love the building and thank you so much for making our first visit so very easy and memorable.
