So I am basing my review based on today’s deep cleaning. 6/3/24 so far I can say that the staff was super sweet and welcoming. As far as my deep cleaning is concerned the best cleaning I have gotten done. I had something behind my teeth that I was told it couldn’t be removed, they removed it. Super happy. I personally would continue to use them for my future dental visits.

If you reading this and you thinking about going there , I think you should think twice about that. i recently had to get a crown but the doctor at this unprofessional place advised me there to go get a root canal first when i didn’t even need one i even brought her a second opinion saying i should do the crown without a root canal but she was still scared and unconvinced , thank god i didn’t get a root canal because the following week i got the crown done at “family dental” without any scared doctors or root canals and I couldn’t be any happier saved myself 5000$ on a root canal🥳🥳, again save yourself some money DO NOT GO THERE and likely pay for something you don’t need.

I have been going to this office for over ten years. Very professional, do good work and bills are reasonable. My insurance carrier respects their opinions. Recommend them highly.

I’ve been going to Care for a few years and I’m glad I found them. I’m treated with respect and, I speak with them about what is to be done. They’re friendly and almost like family. My son an I both go.God bless them.

Wanted to give this place a fair review since the other reviews seem weighted in one direction or another and largely based on a single experience.

La Casita was literally the only dentist to return my calls that took my insurance when I moved to Miami.

I find the receptionists and office managers to be excellent- some of the kindest most helpful people you’ll ever meet.

The hygienists are great too- very caring.

The dentist is professional, patient and kind. She’s great.

I prefer a bit more information about each procedure before going in. The first time I was given anesthetic I didn’t even realize what was happening until the needle was in my mouth. Since then I’ve asked for more communication, and they’ve been accommodating.

I have two negative comments. One important, one not.

1. Not important but worth noting: The reviewer who gushed over the “exquisite” decor is just being silly. It’s a bit outdated and is reminiscent of a Mexican restaurant. Just wanted to set a reasonable level of expectation before you arrive.

2. The wait is horrendous. I probably wait an average of 1.5 hours every time I come. Calculate in cleaning/procedure time I basically have to take a half day off work every time I make an appointment. For me, time is money, so these waits cost me dearly and honestly deter me from scheduling as many cleanings as I should. So plan ahead if you’re making an appointment- and set aside a good chunk of time in your schedule cause you’ll need it.

PS: since I had some spare time during today’s 1 hour wait in the waiting room I took some pics and posted them for ya! :)

At age 75, I have nearly perfect teeth, so all I have done for years is just to get cleanings twice a year. I have been coming every six months to this dental office for many years and always have been very happy with the hygienist and the care given me. The `Casita` is exquisitely designed in the most pleasing and beautiful decor I have ever seen in any office. It is a visual feast for my appreciative eyes every time I visit. I have never seen any sign of rudeness on the part of staff (all to the contrary) nor dissatisfaction from any fellow clients there. At least for the level of services that I require, I am very content to continue coming here.

I actually think that this review is a good detailed description of what you can expect when you come to La Casita Dental. The ladies at the front are very welcoming. The dentist, not So much. I needed a very basic procedure done. I came with the intent of a 10 minute process as I’ve had dental work done all of my life, pretty much. I’ve had other medical professionals try to bait me but this was something far more deliberate. The female Dentist their is possibly the coldest hearted person I’ve come across since coming to Miami. People are educated far more than they may seem and this Dentist should take heed to someone’s intelligence. She spoke down to me like I was a child and took zero accountability for her offices actions. She literally told me” I’m just an employee here”. For my money and time, I’ll never return here again.

extremely poorly managed office - I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a cleaning. they had their schedules totally confused and just as I was leaving lied tome about hwy I had to wait, blatantly , dental techs and dentist are good though - I shall not return
