I had picked up an order and came back because the customer notes mentioned asking for hot sauce so I went back in and i believe the owner came up in a more hostile tone asking about what the issue was, I explained that the customer was asking for hot sauce and he asks if he paid, I responded with yeah and he just says “nooo!” So I said um ok but he checks the order then goes to the back and gets a small cup of hot sauce and told me its 2.99 trying to make me pay for it. i told him I hope the issue isnt with me because Im just picking up the order but he’s bugging out about how I should tell the customer next time that this and that and the third as if I know the customer personally. Back and forth a bit and at the end I still got the hot sauce. I dont see anywhere in their menus online or any app that shows that was the case at all about the hotsauce but that isnt even the issue it was the complete terrible way of handling something minor. A simple “i dont see he paid it and we charge extra for that” wouldve been good since i was fine either way but the tone and way i was spoken to was not acceptable at all. Left a terrible taste leaving the store.

I like the mushrooms. Under new management , beautiful pizza slices and you can order through DoorDash until 3am when they close? Gtfoh 🔥 Like Jake Paul once said, “Anyone, Anytime, Any Place!!” Make sure you tip though if you’re gna order from Ludlow at 3AM , that’s a 30mile round trip and I think it was about .67 cents a mile in maintenance. i used to love this place. i probably ordered at least twice a month and have always gotten the same thing with zero issue. they just went under new management and you can absolutely tell they cheated out on every single aspect of the restaurant. not only did every single food item i looked at have an increase in price but what i received also had a severe decrease in quality. the pizza looked like crap but i was hoping it would still taste good and like the city pizza i’ve always had and it tastes dry and cheap. it is straight up not good at all. the cheesy bread had a $3 increase which is just crazy and also looks unappealing and i don’t even want to try it after tasting that pizza. along with these price increases and cheap products, the delivery itself was super unprofessional this time. the driver didn’t even bother getting out of the car and was too busy talking to his passenger to notice me waiting in the rain for my dinner. then, he had me take my own food out of the pizza carrier. just feels super unprofessional. i can’t continue to order what used to be my favorite pizza anymore.

Delivery experience. Do not get the lasagna. Nope. Run far away from that. Swimming in grease, oil, tough noodles, sauce and cheese all over. And under the basket top of cheese was some that looked curdled even. That would be a 1 star.

But the salads are the best especially for the price!
