We got married 2 years ago and STILL DONT HAVE OUR VIDEO!!

They were great on the wedding day, afterwards, they simply didnt do anything.

When we got in touch to ask why the video was taking so long, they would ignore our emails, avoid our calls, say they'll call back, everyone would pass the buck etc etc.
Jeff (the owner), who was really friendly before the wedding, became incredibly rude and aggressive.

Most reviewers of videographers write their review shortly after their wedding... listen to those of us who have actually waited to see the finished product before reviewing.

A number of complaints have been made about De Belle to the Office de la Protection du Consommateur.

STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS
Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare! We now have to take legal action against them just to get our video!

Jean-Noel's pictures turned out perfectly. His attitude with us, the guests and especially the children at the wedding made our special day that much more special. We could not have asked for more. I can't recommend them enough or thank them for capturing moments that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Thank You Jean Noel and Samantha.
