I’ve had several loans with heights throughout the years, I was sad that Billie retired , but Randy is always good, but Sonya was phenomenal she did everything she could to get us the most amount to renew, thankful for her for really helping us!

I ended having to go to the office and I finally got to see the peoples face I had been talking to on the phone and when Billy spoke I knew who it was and the other ones. Sorry I can't remember the other ones name. But I was really happy the way they treated me. It was like being ole friends. All the people at Heights Finance R a great place to borrow Money when U need it and they go out of their way to help U. I HOPE BILLY AND THE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.

I received a mail-in invention for Heights Finance. I currently had a loan out with their sister loan company Covington, so i didn't know if i would be approved. However Randy the sales representative was amazing in helping me. I was working at the time of our communication and could only email back and forth. Randy was always quick in response and stayed communicated with me. He worked through the numbers,i paid off my loan with Covington and received a higher loan for paying that off. Very Professional, work hard at looking at all possibilities for approval of the loan and it was quick, he had everything ready for me to sign as i pulled up.
